An isothermal bag structure includes a main body and an upper tightening member mounted on the main body. The main body includes a barrel portion defining a receiving chamber, and a holding portion connected with an outside of the barrel portion. A transparent inner viewing film is secured to the barrel portion and covers the inner viewing hole.
