The powder dry-pressing molding device includes a rack, the rack is provided with an first pressure mechanism, a workbench mechanism and a second pressure mechanism in sequence along an up-and-down direction, and one side of the workbench mechanism is provided with a scraping mechanism; the first pressure mechanism includes an upper slide block capable of moving up and down, and an upper punch is disposed at a bottom of the upper slide block; the workbench mechanism includes a middle mold seat, a workbench is fixed above the middle mold seat, a middle mold is disposed inside the middle mold seat, and a mandrel runs through the inside of the middle mold; the second pressure mechanism includes a lower slide block capable of moving up and down, a lower punch is fixed at the top end of the lower slide block, and the lower punch is capable of extending into a compacting space between the mandrel and the middle mold; and the scraping mechanism includes a pusher connected with a scraping driving mechanism and capable of moving along the workbench, the pusher is provided with a feeding channel capable of being communicated with the compacting space, and the feeding channel is capable of being communicated with a barrel disposed on the rack. The dry-pressing molding device of the present invention has a high degree of automation, can scrape the powder, and has a good processing effect.
MANUFACTURED RETAINING WALL BLOCK WITH IMPROVED FALSE JOINT
A retaining wall block having a false joint and a system of retaining wall blocks. The retaining wall block includes a body having a first textured surface and a second textured surface and a false joint dividing the first and second textured surface. The false joint can have a depth divided by the width greater than two inches. The false joint can have an interior angle of less than ten degrees. The system includes a plurality of retaining wall blocks and a first course of retaining wall blocks engaged with a second course of retaining wall blocks below. Each block in the system comprising a front face having a first textured surface and a second textured surface and a false joint dividing the first and second textured surface. The false joint can extend a predetermined depth of a third surface.
ADJUSTABLE LOCATOR RETAINING WALL BLOCK AND MOLD APPARATUS
A system of retaining wall blocks, a method of assembling a retaining wall block assembly, and a mold for manufacturing retaining wall blocks having adjustable engagement configurations.
MOLD ASSEMBLY FOR MOLDING TWO CONCRETE BLOCKS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CONCRETE BLOCKS
A mold assembly and method for molding two concrete blocks in face-to-face non-contacting relationship forms blocks having smooth front faces. The mold assembly includes a mold box having two mold cavities configured to form two blocks in face-to-face non-contacting relationship. A common partition plate separates the two mold cavities and opposite sides of the partition plate form the smooth front faces of the blocks. The two mold cavities are each configured to form a block having a raised front face with a beveled edge around its entire perimeter and a border around the entire perimeter of the beveled edge. The portions of the border at the top and the sides of the raised front face are curved and the portion of the border at the bottom of the raised front face is straight. A core bar is slidably inserted into the mold box beneath the bottom of the partition plate, and opposite sides of the core bar extend into and form the front bottom portions of the mold cavities.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A MOLD INSERT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MOLDINGS, AND MOLD INSERT AND ITS USE
A method of manufacturing a mold insert for the production of moldings, in particular blocks or slabs, in which a plurality of strips that form wall elements of the mold insert to be manufactured are interlocked by connecting elements and the interlocked strips are soldered to each other. There is also described a mold insert for producing moldings and to its use.
Retaining wall containing wall blocks with weight bearing pads
A retaining wall having a plurality of courses of retaining wall blocks including a first upper course and a second lower course. Each retaining wall block has opposed front and rear faces, opposed first and second side surfaces, and opposed and substantially parallel upper and lower surfaces, and at least one weight bearing pad extends from one of the upper and lower surfaces. The at least one weight bearing pad extends substantially from the rear face to the front face of the block. The weight bearing pads are the only areas of contact between the blocks in the first upper course and the blocks in the second lower course.
LITHIUM STUFFED GARNET SETTER PLATES FOR SOLID ELECTROLYTE FABRICATION
Setter plates are fabricated from Li-stuffed garnet materials having the same, or substantially similar, compositions as a garnet Li-stuffed solid electrolyte. The Li-stuffed garnet setter plates, set forth herein, reduce the evaporation of Li during a sintering treatment step and/or reduce the loss of Li caused by diffusion out of the sintering electrolyte. Li-stuffed garnet setter plates, set forth herein, maintain compositional control over the solid electrolyte during sintering when, upon heating, lithium is prone to diffuse out of the solid electrolyte.
