A ceramic part and methods for making the ceramic part are disclosed. A green body or non-sintered part may be formed using a casting or molding process. The green body may not be sintered or may be partially sintered before machining one or more features into a surface of the green body. After machining, the component may be fully sintered to create a hardened ceramic component.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DRYWALL BOARD WITH TAPERED SIDES
Described herein is a system and method to produce a taper on a drywall board to facilitate taping and compounding where two boards abut. A groove is formed on the back side of a drywall board, resulting in a first gypsum-containing segment hingeably connected to a second gypsum-containing segment. A taper is created by rotating the segments until they meet, and then removing excess material.
Health artificial pearl and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention relates to a health artificial pearl and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to: a health artificial pearl formed by spray-drying and pressure-firing a functional mineral that emits anions and radiates far infrared rays, so as to form a core with high compressive strength, and by coating the surface of the core with an artificial pearl composition, which is nontoxic to the human body; and a manufacturing method therefor. The method for manufacturing a health artificial pearl comprises: (S100) a material pretreatment step of wet-grinding a functional mineral that emits anions and radiates far infrared rays so as to form a wet-ground solution, and spray drying the wet-ground solution so as to prepare a powder for press forming; (S200) a press forming step of injecting, into a press forming apparatus, the powder for press forming so as to form a core, and high-temperature-firing the core; (S300) a core polishing step of polishing the high-temperature-fired core; and (S400) a coating step of coating the polished core with an artificial pearl composition.

In one embodiment, a polycrystalline diamond compact includes a polycrystalline diamond body having a plurality of diamond grains bonded together in diamond-to-diamond bonds, interstitial volumes positioned between the adjacent diamond grains, and a parting compound positioned in at least a portion of the interstitial volumes of the polycrystalline diamond body.
