Lifting and leveling insert for a precast concrete slab
An insert for lifting and leveling a precast concrete slab is provided. The insert includes a sleeve that extends through the concrete slab and has two distinct threaded portions on an inner surface of the sleeve. This configuration allows a lifting bolt to be positioned into an upper end of the sleeve to lift the concrete slab, and a different-sized leveling bolt to be positioned in the sleeve to selectively elevate or raise part of the concrete slab relative to a ground surface.
Erection anchor for precast insulated concrete wall panels
A reinforced anchor assembly for lifting a tilt-up and precast insulated concrete panel provides an erection anchor that is configured to be precast in an edge portion of an insulated concrete panel and span between outer concrete layers of the insulated concrete panel. The erection anchor includes a central portion with a lifting hole configured to be positioned between the outer concrete layers for engage a lifting device. The erection anchor also includes lateral portions on opposing sides of the central portion that each include reinforcement apertures. A plurality of reinforcement bars are each configured to be precast in one of the outer layers of concrete and engage one of the reinforcement apertures in the erection anchor, such that the plurality of reinforcement bars support the insulated concrete panel under shear and tension loading forces.
Concrete anchor coupling assembly and anchor rod holder
Concrete coupling assembly comprises a base holder for being attached to a concrete forming surface, the base holder including a central opening; a coupler having one end disposed within the central opening, the coupler having an axis for being positioned substantially transverse to the forming surface, the coupler having first and second threaded bores through the one end for attachment of a threaded rod; and a separate anchor body threadedly attached to another end of the coupler.

INSULATED DECORATIVE PANEL FOR A WALL TREATMENT
An insulated panel for a wall treatment and a method of manufacture thereof. The panel includes a panel block cast from a material. During casting, a first bracket, a second bracket, and an insulator block are partially embedded within the material. The insulator block, which is a lighter weight foam material, is embedded between the first and second brackets such that part of the insulator block will extend beyond a rear of the panel block once cast. Once cast, part of the first bracket extends upwardly beyond a top of the panel block and part of the second bracket angles downwardly and outwardly from the rear of the panel block and a distance below the insulator block. The second bracket is used to align the panel on a support surface. The first bracket is used to secure the panel to the support surface.
Anchor bolt mounting
A system for mounting an anchor bolt to formwork or other structures associated with concrete construction includes a main body and latch coupled to the main body. The anchor bolt can pass through the main body and the latch can be moved so that threads formed in the latch engage threads formed in the anchor bolt to secure the anchor bolt in position as concrete is poured around the anchor bolt. The main body and the latch can have through holes for receiving a nail to lock the position of the latch with respect to the main body.
HANGER FOR PRECAST CLADDING PANELS, AND PRECAST PANEL INCORPORATING SAME
An elongate hanger for precast cladding panels includes an anchorage band embeddable in an upper region of a precast panel; an abutment band contiguous with the anchorage band and providing an abutment surface for the lower edge of an upper panel in a panel assembly mounted to a support wall; a ventilation band contiguous with and extending horizontally from the abutment band, and having one or more ventilation openings; and a mounting band contiguous with and extending upward from the ventilation band in a tilted off-vertical plane when the panel is mounted to a support wall by fasteners extending through a lower region of the mounting band. The hanger vertically supports the cladding panel at a distance from the support wall corresponding to an air space defined by the selected hanger geometry, with the ventilation openings facilitating the flow of water or water vapour out of the air space.
Method and apparatus for casting prefabricated concrete products
Method and apparatus for casting prefabricated concrete products with a substantially horizontal slipform casting process, where the concrete mass is fed in at least one feeding stage to a slipform casting mold compacting and defining the product to be cast, wherein at least one part is embedded in the concrete mass after the at least one concrete mass feeding stage and before the final compaction of the upper surface of the product to be cast.
STABILIZING A CONCRETE FORM
A device for stabilizing a concrete form includes an anchoring member with a channel aligned along a first axis, and elongate members with cavities aligned along a second axis, the elongate members coupled to form a frame. The device may include an anchoring post for insertion through the channel of the anchoring member to secure the device to a surface, and sliders with elongate bodies for insertion into the cavities of the elongate members, where the sliders are affixed to an engagement member structurally configured for engaging the concrete form. First retaining members may be structurally configured to engage the anchoring post when inserted through the channel of the anchoring member thereby maintaining a position of the frame along the first axis. Second retaining members may be structurally configured to engage a slider when inserted into the elongate member thereby maintaining a position of the slider along the second axis.
Concrete anchor
An anchor particularly adapted to be embedded into a concrete construction for suspension of a ceiling panel, duct or the like, includes a base which receives inserts that have an axial threaded bore. The base is open at its lower end and can receive a threaded rod by virtue of ratcheting inserts received within the base. The inserts and base are particularly shaped to prevent jam and ease of insertion of the rod in the anchor. The anchor also has a head flange that sits above a plurality of fasteners secured to the anchor which is used to simultaneously drive the fasteners into a form for the concrete member. The fasteners are connected to the anchor extending in generally parallel and spaced relation to the anchor. The fasteners can be held by a support or sleeve-like holder which surrounds at least a portion of the base of the anchor or they can be attached to the base of the anchor. The fasteners project downwardly through the bottom of the anchor for driving into the form board.
