Method for attaching thin cylindrical element to mold core
The method for attaching a thin cylindrical element to a mold core is a method for attaching a film-like thin cylindrical element, which is formed in a cylindrical shape having a constant cross-sectional shape, to an outer surface of a mold core in a manner so as to cover the mold core. The method includes pressing the thin cylindrical element onto a tip portion of the mold core; guiding the thin cylindrical element to the base end side of the mold core while ejecting gas into between the mold core and the thin cylindrical element; and attaching the thin cylindrical element to the outer surface of the mold core in a manner so as to cover the mold core.
UNIT FOR ASSEMBLING AND/OR TREATING COMPONENTS
A device for manufacturing and/or treating components such as flexible tubes from prefabricated tubular bodies includes at least means for supporting the components and means for moving the components in line with a plurality of work stations. The device includes transport means along a main closed path for a plurality of satellite turrets rotatingly mounted on the transport means. The satellite turrets include means for holding a plurality of components, and each satellite turret is rotated by a predetermined angle around its rotation axis when the satellite turret reaches at least one predetermined point of the main path.
AIR FLOW REGULATION IN GRANULAR MATERIAL DELIVERY SYSTEM
Methods for conveying granular material from a supply to receivers that retain and dispense the material when needed by process machine include a vacuum pump, an air flow regulator connected to the vacuum pump, a first conduit connecting the receivers to the air flow regulator, and a second conduit connecting the material supply to the receivers.
Granular material delivery system with air flow limiter
Apparatus and methods for conveying granular material from a supply to receivers that retain and dispense the material when needed by process machine include a vacuum pump, an air flow limiter connected to the vacuum pump, a first conduit connecting the receivers to the air flow limiter, and a second conduit connecting the material supply to the receivers.
Method of hose construction
A method of hose construction comprises: providing a sacrificial layer on the surface of a hose former; constructing a hose on the sacrificial layer; forcing pressurized fluid between the sacrificial layer and the hose former to separate the hose former from the sacrificial layer; and separating the sacrificial layer from the hose.
PNEUMATIC MATERIAL DELIVERY SYSTEM WITH AIR FLOW LIMITING
Apparatus for conveying granular material from a supply to receivers that retain and dispense the material when needed by process machine include a vacuum pump, an air flow limiter connected to the vacuum pump, a first conduit connecting the receivers to the air flow limiter, and a second conduit connecting the material supply to the receivers.
PACKAGING SYSTEMS WITH CLIPPER TRIGGER AND RESET CAM ASSEMBLIES EACH COMPRISING A PLURALITY OF CAMS AND RELATED CAM ASSEMBLIES
Packaging systems with a rotatable table top held by a rotatable column, a plurality of circumferentially spaced apart clipper assemblies held at respective clipper stations provided by the rotatable table top, plurality of spaced apart pneumatic valves under the table top in fluid communication with the clipper assemblies, and at least one of: (a) a clipper reset cam assembly held under the rotatable table top with first and second reset cams cam that selectively automatically engage the pneumatic valves as the table rotates; and (b) a clipper trigger cam assembly held under the rotatable table top circumferentially spaced apart from the clipper reset cam assembly with first and second trigger cams that selectively automatically engage the pneumatic valves as the table rotates.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A MATERIALS HANDLING INSTALLATION WITH SECURING OF MEANS OF ACCESS FOR MAINTENANCE
Disclosed is a method for controlling an installation for handling hollow bodies, which includes: a plurality of treatment units; a transfer system; and a covering including a frame that defines casings and door leaves each mounted on a casing; a control unit. Also included are steps of: detection by the control unit of the stopping of a treatment unit; detection by the control unit of the closed position of door leaves located in the vicinity of an interface between the detected treatment unit that is stopped and the transfer system; and if these door leaves are detected in closed position, ordering by the control unit of the locking of these door leaves.
INJECTION MOLD INSERT
The invention relates generally to injection mold components, and more specifically an injection mold material flow channel configured with at least one fin projecting inwardly from an inner surface of the melt channel. An injection molding insert may be made for insertion within a flow path of an injection mold components and include a substantially tubular body defining a channel; and at least one fin projecting inwardly from an inner surface of the channel.
CONNECTING TUBE ASSEMBLY FOR AN EXTRUDER
A connecting tube assembly (128) for an extruder (110) is proposed. The connecting tube assembly (128) comprises a connecting tube (130), wherein the connecting tube (130) is configured for connecting to a dosing conveyor device (118) and a side feed (126) of the extruder (110), wherein the connecting tube (130) defines a longitudinal axis (132), and a drive device (142), wherein the drive device (142) is configured for rotating the connecting tube (130) about the longitudinal axis (132). Furthermore, an extruder (110) is proposed.
