The safety device for injection molds comprises: a plate (1) attachable to a fixed part of a mold; a base (4) attachable to a movable part of a mold; wherein the base (4) comprises a safety shaft (10) movable between an unmounted position, wherein said safety shaft (10) is housed in a bore (13) of the plate (1), preventing displacement between the plate (1) and the base (4), and an assembled position, in which said safety shaft (10) is located outside the hole (13) of the plate (1), the displacement of the safety shaft (10) being driven by an actuator (7), allowing displacement between the plate (1) and the base (4). It ensures the connection of the two parts of the mold when the mold is not mounted on the injection molding machine.

A bottom of the bowl defines an opening for receiving a shaft extending therethrough. The shaft is coupled to the movable plate. A shank is selectively engaged with the bowl, the shank having a handle at a proximal end thereof. A lever is pivotably attached to the shank. The pivotal attachment is spaced apart from the bowl. The lever is detachably coupled to the shaft to impart translation of the movable plate. During operation, the lever is manipulated from a first position to a second position to push the shaft to move the movable plate to thereby eject the food item out of the bowl and into a hot fluid.

The mold clamping device includes first and second platens for holding a die, and a clamping drive unit for driving the first and second platens closer to or separated from each other, the electric cylinder includes a motor having an output shaft and a feed screw mechanism that converts the rotary motion of the output shaft into a linear motion.

An injection mold, in particular for encapsulating rotors of electric machines, has a mold, wherein the mold has an arrangement of mold segments. The arrangement forms, along a longitudinal axis, a cavity for a component to be arranged. An exchange unit is provided, which is designed to remove at least one mold segment from and/or insert at least one mold segment into the arrangement, with the result that a size of the cavity can be changed.

A frame with an outer silicon layer and a manufacturing method of forming the silicone layer on the outer part of frame are disclosed. The manufacturing method includes a forming step, a combining step and a removing step. First, a pair of mold with a forming space is formed with a silicone carrier including an effective combination region and an ineffective region. An emplacing space is next formed in the effective combination region and a frame is put into the emplacing space. Before putting in the frame, either the outer part of frame or the emplacing space is coated with a silicone coating, and then the effective combination region is combined on the outer part of frame by a secondary sulfurization. Finally, the effective combination region is removed from the ineffective region to form a silicone layer, made of the effective combination region, on the outer part of frame.
