MOLDING ASSEMBLY
A method of manufacturing a component (124) having a main body (116) and at least one ring sleeve (118) through a molding assembly (100), the method comprising: providing a mold (102) having an inlet (115) and defining a hollow portion (H); placing at least one core to form a free-space (104, 106) within the component (124) inside the mold (102) to bifurcate the hollow portion (H) into a first cavity and a second cavity; pouring a molding material (117) inside the mold (102) through the inlet (115); allowing the molding material (117) to set inside the mold (102) around the core within the first cavity and the second cavity to form a main body (116) and at least one ring sleeve (118) of the component (124); connecting the first cavity and the second cavity and forming at least one first bond and one second bond (130, 132, 134, 136) between the main body (116) and the at least one ring sleeve (118); and removing the at least one core from at least part of the hollow portion (H) within the mold (102); characterized in that: providing the core with at least one recess allowing the molding material (117) to flow therethrough such that on withdrawing the core out of the mold (102), at least one first bond (130, 132) breaks and on withdrawing the core outside the mold (102), at least one second bond (134, 136) breaks.
GAS-BASED MATERIAL COMPRESSION AND PORTIONING
An apparatus includes a fixed assembly and a reciprocating assembly. The fixed assembly includes a hopper, a first gas manifold, and a dispensing chamber, and the reciprocating assembly includes a channel assembly defining a channel conduit, a shield plate vertically aligned therewith, and a second gas manifold. The reciprocating assembly may move, in relation to the fixed assembly, to a first position to enable the channel conduit to be filled with bulk compressible material from the hopper, a second position to enable compressible material to be pushed from the channel conduit to the dispensing conduit and to be compressed in the dispensing chamber according to a first gas directed through the channel conduit by the first gas manifold, and a third position to enable the compressed material to be pushed out of the dispensing conduit according to a second gas directed through the dispensing conduit by the second gas manifold.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CYLINDRICAL MOULD MEMBER FOR MOULDING THREE- DIMENSIONAL PRODUCTS FROM A MASS OF ONE OR MORE FOOD STARTING MATERIALS
A rotary cylindrical mould member and a method for its production, is adapted to be used in a system for moulding three-dimensional products from a mass of one or more food starting materials which are suitable for consumption. The method includes preparing at least one mould body forming part of the cylindrical outer surface of the mould member, wherein one or more recessed mould cavities are formed. Subsequently preparing a support member defining one or more fluid channels, recessed in the support surface Heat emitting parts or particles are provided close to the inner surface of the mould body and/or the supporting surface of the support member. Energy is provided to the heat emitting parts or particles, thereby causing the parts or particles to emit heat and thereby locally melt the adjacent porous first plastic and the second plastic to obtain a weld and thereby secure the support member and the mould body to each other.

A method of manufacturing a component (124) having a main body (116) and at least one ring sleeve (118) through a molding assembly (100), the method comprising: providing a mold (102) having an inlet (115) and defining a hollow portion (H); placing at least one core to form a free-space (104, 106) within the component (124) inside the mold (102) to bifurcate the hollow portion (H) into a first cavity and a second cavity; pouring a molding material (117) inside the mold (102) through the inlet (115); allowing the molding material (117) to set inside the mold (102) around the core within the first cavity and the second cavity to form a main body (116) and at least one ring sleeve (118) of the component (124); connecting the first cavity and the second cavity and forming at least one first bond and one second bond (130, 132, 134, 136) between the main body (116) and the at least one ring sleeve (118); and removing the at least one core from at least part of the hollow portion (H) within the mold (102); characterized in that: providing the core with at least one recess allowing the molding material (117) to flow therethrough such that on withdrawing the core out of the mold (102), at least one first bond (130, 132) breaks and on withdrawing the core outside the mold (102), at least one second bond (134, 136) breaks.
Method and device for the production of form parts
The invention relates to a method for the production of form parts from multi-component reactive plastic material, especially from polyurethane, wherein a plurality of moulds are moved by means of mould carriages (1) at least temporarily along a closed, preferably oval, production line (2). To allow a simple and quick import and export of mould carriages in the respectively out of the production line the invention proposes that the mould carriages (1) are provided with rolls (3) and are moved on a stationary ground (4) by the same and that a plurality of supply carriages (6) are arranged along the closed production line (2) at a conveying element (5), which supply carriages (6) are moved by means of the conveying elements (5), wherein a mould carriage (1) is approached to a not occupied supply carriage (6) and is coupled with the same to introduce the mould carriage (1) into the production line (2), wherein for the movement along the production line (2) the mould carriage (1) is guided and moved by the supply carriage (6) in a coupled state between the mould carriage (1) and the supply carriage (6) and wherein the mould carriage (1) is decoupled from the supply carriage (6) and is moved away from the production line (2) for taking the mould carriage (1) out of the production line (2), wherein here the mould carriage (1) is moved with its roils (3) on the stationary ground (4). The integrated endoscopic probe and the fabrication method thereof can reduce the size of the endoscopic distal tip, increase the efficiency and stability of the fabrication process, and reduce production cost.

The chamber may include a plurality of fluid-filled subchambers, a manifold, and a connection fluidically-connected at least one of the subchambers to the manifold. The subchambers may enclose the pressurized fluid at different pressures. The subchambers may be separated from one another by a bonded area in the direction extending between the heel and toe of the chamber.

The present invention relates to a freeze-drying mold and a method for manufacturing water-soluble polymer balls using the same, more specifically to a freeze-drying mold that is provided with a first mold having a plurality of first accommodation grooves formed on underside thereof and a plurality of discharge portions formed on top thereof to communicate with the plurality of first accommodation grooves and a second mold having a plurality of second accommodation grooves formed on top thereof to be facingly coupled to the plurality of first accommodation grooves of the first mold to thus provide a plurality of accommodation portions, and a method for manufacturing water-soluble polymer balls using the same. According to the present invention, the freeze-drying mold is capable of controlling the shrinkage rate of a solution in a freeze-drying process to make freeze-dried spherical materials, easily separating the made freeze-dried materials therefrom, and optimizing a drying efficiency thereof, and the method for manufacturing water-soluble polymer balls using the same is carried out so that the water-soluble polymer balls are constant in pore sizes and distributions, have high strength, and do not have any films on the surfaces thereof.
