Cavity Mold and Cavity Mold System
A cavity mold comprises two or more sub-molds; and one or more gasket disposed between two adjacent sub-molds; wherein the gasket seals heating and cooling mediums when the cavity mold is assembled; wherein each of the two or more sub-molds comprises an outer casing; an inner casing on which a molded item is formed, wherein the cavity mold is assembled, a cavity is formed in the space between the outer casing and the inner casing; at least one heating/cooling mediums input pipe that is fluidly coupled with heating and cooling medium sources and the cavity, wherein heating and cooling mediums are pumped or compressed via the at least one heating/cooling mediums input pipe into the cavity, thereby the heating and cooling mediums pass through the cavity of the cavity mold; and at least one heating/cooling mediums return pipe that is fluidly coupled with the heating and cooling medium sources and the cavity, wherein the heating and cooling mediums are pumped via the at least one heating/cooling mediums return pipe out of the cavity; and wherein at least one of the two or more sub-molds further comprises a feed channel being through the outer casing and the inner casing; wherein the feed channel allows molding materials to be fed into the inside of the inner casing. A cavity mold system employs the cavity mold.
VENTING VALVE
A venting valve (1) for removing air from a vulcanising mould of a vehicle tyre, which comprises a valve body (2) having a venting channel (12), a movable valve insert (3) arranged in the venting channel (12), which valve insert (3) comprises a valve stem (4), one end of which is provided with a valve member (5) for opening and closing the venting channel (12), and a stroke limiter (6) for limiting an opening stroke of the valve insert (3), and a spring member (7) for pressing the valve insert (3) towards an open position, in which air flow through the venting channel (12) is allowed. The stroke limiter (6) comprises a hole (8) provided with an internal thread (9), and the other end of the valve stem (4) is provided with an externally threaded portion (10), which is fastened to the internal thread (9) of the stroke limiter (6).
VENTING VALVE
A venting valve (1) for removing air from a vulcanising mould of a vehicle tyre, which comprises a valve body (2) having a venting channel (12), a movable valve insert (3) arranged in the venting channel (12), which valve insert (3) comprises a valve stem (4), one end of which is provided with a valve member (5) for opening and closing the venting channel (12), and a stroke limiter (6) for limiting an opening stroke of the valve insert (3), and a spring member (7) for pressing the valve insert (3) towards an open position, in which air flow through the venting channel (12) is allowed. The stroke limiter (6) comprises a hole (8) provided with an internal thread (9), and the other end of the valve stem (4) is provided with an externally threaded portion (10), which is fastened to the internal thread (9) of the stroke limiter (6).
INJECTION MOULD AND INJECTION MOULDING METHOD
An injection mould and an injection moulding method are provided. The injection mould includes a base plate used to place a packaged chip to be injection moulded including a substrate and at least one of the chips fixed on the front substrate by a flip chip process. The substrate has a gas hole. Two or more gas ducts that extend in at least two intersected directions and connect with one another are formed in the base plate. Two ends of each one of gas ducts are open, and at least one of the gas ducts is buried into the base plate. Each one of gas ducts is provided with a gas outlet. When the packaged chip is placed on the base plate, the gas outlet connects with the gas hole of the substrate.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SECURING A SUBSTRATE TO A PLASTIC STRIP, AND FASTENING DEVICE LIKELY TO BE OBTAINED BY SAID METHOD
A method for assembling an assembly comprising a tape (100) of retaining elements and a substrate (200), said method comprising the following steps: a step of forming a tape of retaining elements by dispensing a molding material into a molding device (1), so as to form a tape (100) of retaining elements comprising a base (51) presenting a bottom face (511) and a top face (512), the top face (511) of the base (51) being provided with retaining elements; and a step of applying a substrate (200) against the bottom face (511) of the base (51) prior to said bottom face (512) of the base (51) solidifying in such a manner as to cause the substrate (200) to penetrate at least in part beyond a plane defined by the bottom face (511) of the base (51) of the tape (100).
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SECURING A SUBSTRATE TO A PLASTIC STRIP, AND FASTENING DEVICE LIKELY TO BE OBTAINED BY SAID METHOD
A method for assembling an assembly comprising a tape (100) of retaining elements and a substrate (200), said method comprising the following steps: a step of forming a tape of retaining elements by dispensing a molding material into a molding device (1), so as to form a tape (100) of retaining elements comprising a base (51) presenting a bottom face (511) and a top face (512), the top face (511) of the base (51) being provided with retaining elements; and a step of applying a substrate (200) against the bottom face (511) of the base (51) prior to said bottom face (512) of the base (51) solidifying in such a manner as to cause the substrate (200) to penetrate at least in part beyond a plane defined by the bottom face (511) of the base (51) of the tape (100).
Vented mold
A mold comprising a first mold element and a second mold element releasingly engagable between an open position and a closed position to define a mold cavity in the closed position and a first part line between the first mold element and second mold element. The first mold element comprises a first mold portion and a second mold portion configured to be reversible separable with respect to one another to define a second part line therebetween disposed interiorly with respect to a periphery of the first part line. At least one vent is disposed in the second part line. In one embodiment, the at least one vent comprises a passageway configured to permit mold material in the mold cavity to enter but not to exit the passageway to cause at least partial curing of the mold material in the passageway.
Vented mold
A mold comprising a first mold element and a second mold element releasingly engagable between an open position and a closed position to define a mold cavity in the closed position and a first part line between the first mold element and second mold element. The first mold element comprises a first mold portion and a second mold portion configured to be reversible separable with respect to one another to define a second part line therebetween disposed interiorly with respect to a periphery of the first part line. At least one vent is disposed in the second part line. In one embodiment, the at least one vent comprises a passageway configured to permit mold material in the mold cavity to enter but not to exit the passageway to cause at least partial curing of the mold material in the passageway.
