Robotic end effector tool with one piece fixed frame system
The present invention is directed to tool arrangement having a one piece frame. The one piece frame that is solid and non-adjustable and includes a back side, front side and one or more extension walls extending away from the front side of the one piece frame. An attachment portion is located on said back side of the one piece frame for connecting the tool arrangement to a robotic arm. The one piece frame has at least three mounting locations formed at predetermine locations on said one piece frame. The at least three mounting locations are predetermined and non-adjustable locations on the one piece frame. The tool arrangement includes a stationary gripper connected to one of the three mounting locations and at least one four point gripper connected to another one of the three mounting locations.
Clamping apparatus of soft film and mounting fixture thereof
A clamping apparatus of a soft film and a mounting fixture thereof are described. The clamping apparatus includes a first bar, a second bar, a third bar, and at least one elastic element. The first bar and second bar are respectively configured to fix a first side portion and a second side portion of a soft film. The third bar is adjacent and connected to the second bar. The third bar and the first bar are respectively located on two opposite sides of the second bar. The third bar is configured to pull the soft film from the second side portion of the soft film through the second bar. The elastic element has a first end and a second end opposite to each other and respectively disposed on the second bar and the third bar. The elastic element is configured to provide the soft film with pull buffer.
Apparatus for forming a flange
An apparatus for forming a flange has a laminate component and a drum supporting the laminate component. A forming tool selectively engages the laminate component. A diaphragm member extends between the drum and the laminate component and selectively engages the forming tool. Movement of the diaphragm member deforms the laminate component away from the drum about an edge of the forming tool, and the laminate component maintains a substantially uniform thickness.
External to bagging mechanical clamp
A tool for forming a panel including a core area, at which plies sandwich a core, and a trim area surrounding the core, at which the plies are bonded together, is provided and includes a body having a surface on which the panel is formable, an assembly to apply bonding pressure to the plies at least at the core and trim areas and a clamping device external to the assembly to apply a clamping force to the vacuum bag and the plies.
Magnetic clamp device
Provided is a magnetic clamp device that is capable of more finely measuring an induced voltage generated in a coil and selecting countermeasures against reductions in magnetization force. Multiple magnet blocks 11, 21 each comprising an invertible magnet 18, the polarity of which can be inverted, and non-invertible magnet 15, are positioned on a surface of a plate PL composed of magnetic body magnetically clamping a mold M1, M2 when in a magnetized state. The magnetic flux traversing the invertible magnet 18; and a control device 33 that determines whether or not there has been a polarity inversion in the induced voltage detected from the coil 31, and if there has been a polarity inversion, warns that the adhesion of the molds M1, M2 has decreased.
Magnetic clamp device
Provided is a magnetic clamp device that is capable of more finely measuring an induced voltage generated in a coil and selecting countermeasures against reductions in magnetization force. Lens mold carrier
A lens mold carrier (1; 2) comprises: a frame (10; 20) extending in a plane (x,y; u,v) and comprising a plurality of individual compartments (100; 200); at least one mold unit (11; 21) arranged in one of the individual compartments (100; 200) in a manner secured against falling out, the at least one mold unit (11; 21) including an adapter piece (110; 210) and a lens mold (112; 212) fixedly connected to the adapter piece (110; 210). The adapter piece (110; 210) is floatingly arranged within the compartment (100; 200) to allow for limited movement of the adapter piece (110; 210) within the compartment (100; 200) at least in a translation plane parallel to or coincident with the plane (x,y; u,v) in which the frame (10; 20) extends.
MOVABLE PLATEN, OPENING/CLOSING APPARATUS AND MOLDING APPARATUS
A movable platen according to the present invention includes: a mold clamping platen 42 having a projecting portion 62 in a mold closing direction-side surface; a mold mounting platen 44 mounted to the projecting portion 62 of the mold clamping paten 42; and a guide mechanism 50 fixed to the mold clamping paten 42 and supporting the mold mounting platen 44. Only the mold clamping paten 42 is fixed to the guide mechanism 50, while the mold mounting platen 44 is not fixed but placed on platen surface support portions 52.
MOVABLE PLATEN, OPENING/CLOSING APPARATUS AND MOLDING APPARATUS
A movable platen according to the present invention includes: a mold clamping platen 42 having a projecting portion 62 in a mold closing direction-side surface; a mold mounting platen 44 mounted to the projecting portion 62 of the mold clamping paten 42; and a guide mechanism 50 fixed to the mold clamping paten 42 and supporting the mold mounting platen 44. Only the mold clamping paten 42 is fixed to the guide mechanism 50, while the mold mounting platen 44 is not fixed but placed on platen surface support portions 52.
Mold case and manufacturing method of microneedle array
Provided are a mold case that prevents deformation of a microneedle array, and a manufacturing method of a microneedle array. The problems are solved by the manufacturing method of a microneedle array including: a filling step of filling needle-like recessed portions of a mold having flexibility and having a plurality of the needle-like recessed portions on a front surface, with a liquid material; and a drying step of drying the liquid material in a state where the mold filled with the liquid material is stored in the mold case which causes an edge portion of the mold to be sandwiched between the lid and the pedestal.
