Operating fluid reservoir having an integrated venting and/or air admission valve

The present invention discloses an improved operating fluid reservoir (1) having a venting and/or air admission valve. The operating fluid reservoir (1) is characterized in that a valve housing (10) is formed integrally with an operating fluid reservoir wall (2). A vent opening (3), via which a valve housing interior (11) is in fluid communication with a vent line (5), is embodied as a through opening (3) through the operating fluid reservoir wall (2). A valve body (20), which is arranged in the valve housing interior (11), can be introduced into the valve housing interior (11) via an introduction opening (16) in the valve housing (10). The valve body (20) comprises a holding device (23; 14, 24), by means of which the valve body (20) is held movably in the valve housing (10).

Double-layer injection molding casing and method for manufacturing the same, electronic apparatus

A double-layer injection molding casing and a method for manufacturing the same, an electronic apparatus are provided by this invention, which adapts to an injection molding field and can solve the problems of a conventional double-layer injection molding casing such as complicated manufacturing process and low production efficiency. The double-layer injection molding casing of this invention includes an outer layer and an inner layer. A locating structure integrally formed with the inner layer is located at an inner surface of the inner layer. The method for manufacturing the double-layer injection molding casing includes: applying a multiple injection molding process, wherein the locating structure of the double-layer injection molding casing is integrally formed with the inner layer in the same injection molding step. The electronic apparatus of this invention includes the double-layer injection molding casing. The double-layer injection molding casing can be used as a casing of the electronic apparatus.

An interdental brush with a replaceable brush body with a core and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, and relate to the technical field of tooth cleaning tools. The interdental brush includes a handle, a screw cap, a fixing block and a brush body. One end of the handle is provided with an external thread, an interior of the screw cap is provided with an internal thread mating with the external thread of the one end of the handle. One end of the fixing block abuts against the handle, and an other end extends out of the screw cap. The brush body includes a core and bristles, the core is twisted by an amorphous alloy wire, one end of the core is clamped in the fixing block, and a periphery of an other end is connected to the bristles.

CLOSURES WITH TAMPER EVIDENCE

Closures with a tamper evidence feature that is reshaped to connect it to the container neck are disclosed. Methods and systems for carrying out the methods, and to mold stacks for making the closures are also disclosed. The tamper evidence feature can be a band, a portion of a cylindrical skirt or a panel formed in the cylindrical skirt. The application of heat may deform the band inwardly to create a lip for engaging a flange on the container neck, or it may weld the tamper evidence feature to the flange

An injection-molded door liner for a refrigerator door is provided. The door liner is injection molded as a single, integral piece and defines an icebox compartment, an upper hinge assembly, and a lower hinge assembly. An icebox door is rotatably mounted to the upper and lower hinge assembly to insulate the icebox compartment from the fresh food chamber. In this manner, the icebox compartment and the icebox door define a sealed chamber for receiving chilled air from a sealed cooling system.

Method for Producing a Sandwich Component and Sandwich Component

A method for producing a sandwich component, in particular an inner trim component for a motor vehicle, is disclosed. The method begins with a core layer made from a foamed plastic and a cover layer which includes reinforcing fibers and plastic fibers. The plastic of the core layer has a first melting temperature which is higher than the second melting temperature of the plastic fibers of the cover layer. By the core layer being arranged on the cover layer, a multilayer composite is created. This multilayer composite can be further processed into a semi-finished product. The multilayer composite or the semi-finished product is then heated in a heating device to a temperature which is lower than the first melting temperature but therefore higher than the second melting temperature. Then the heated multilayer composite or the semi-finished product is formed in a forming tool in order to produce the sandwich component.
