RESIN SHEET HAVING HAIR-LIKE BODIES, AND MOLDED ARTICLE OF RESIN SHEET HAVING HAIR-LIKE BODIES
[Problem] The objective of the present invention is to provide a resin sheet that has a favorable tactile sensation and no less than a certain light transmittance and a molded article thereof.
[Solution] A resin sheet that has hair-like bodies arranged regularly on at least one surface of an underlayer and in which a continuous phase is formed without any structural boundary between the underlayer and the hair-like bodies, wherein the average height of the hair-like bodies is no less than 30 μm and no greater than 500 μm, the total light transmittance of the resin sheet measured in accordance with JIS K 7136-1 is no less than 0.1% and no greater than 20%, and the contrast ratio of the resin sheet measured in accordance with JIS K 5600 4-1 is no less than 70% and no greater than 98%.
STRUCTURE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND RETAINING DEVICE
A manufacturing method of a structure by which a target member can be easily positioned with high accuracy. In a tilting step, at least one target member is positioned by tilting a positioning table and sliding the target member placed on the positioning table to bring the target member into contact with a locking portion.
Method for manufacturing a cellulose product, cellulose product forming apparatus and cellulose product
A method for manufacturing a cellulose product, comprising the steps: dry forming a cellulose blank in a dry forming unit; arranging the cellulose blank in a forming mould; heating the cellulose blank to a forming temperature in the range of 100° C. to 200° C.; and pressing the cellulose blank in the forming mould with a forming pressure of at least 1 MPa.
Device and method for manufacturing receptacles provided with decorative wrap-around labels by thermoforming
The device includes a mold block having at least one thermoforming chamber (28) having an inside surface (29), an axial opening (28A) through which a decorative wrap-around label (38) can be inserted into the chamber, and a moving end-wall (40) opposite from the opening. The end-wall is suitable for moving in an end segment (28A) of the chamber (28) between a positioning high level and at least one thermoforming low level, and the device has at least one tongue-and-groove set comprising a fin (42) on the end-wall (40) that is engaged in a notch (44) in the inside surface of the end segment (28B).
POLYMER FILM FOR IN-MOLD LABELING
The invention relates to an opaque multilayer biaxially oriented polypropylene film comprising at least one vacuole-containing base layer and a printable outer cover layer and an inner matte cover layer, the inner cover layer containing at least two incompatible polymers and having a surface roughness Rz of at least 2.0 μm at a cut-off of 25 μm. The inner matte cover layer contains a polydialkylsiloxane having a viscosity of 100,000 to 500,000 mm.sup.2/s and the surface of this inner cover layer is surface treated by means of corona or the inner cover layer contains a siloxane-modified polyolefin.
