IMPRINT MATERIAL
Imprint method and apparatus apply an imprint material on a substrate. The imprint material includes a luminescent material that undergoes fluorescence or phosphorescence upon receiving ultraviolet light. The imprint material further includes an ultraviolet curable resin that is cured with ultraviolet light. A mold with a pattern imprints into the imprint material applied to the substrate. The imprint material applied to the substrate is cured with ultraviolet light. After releasing the mold from the substrate imprinted with the pattern, any residual resin remaining on the mold can be detected with ultraviolet light.
Devices and methods for separating particles
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for particle-imprinted polymer films, methods of making particle-imprinted polymer films, methods for separating particles, devices or systems for separating particles, and the like.
Curable composition, film forming method and article manufacturing method
A curable composition containing a polymerizable compound (a), a photopolymerization initiator (b), and a solvent (c), wherein the curable composition has viscosity of not less than 2 mPa.Math.s and not more than 60 mPa.Math.s at 23 C., a content of the solvent (d) with respect to the whole curable composition is not less than 5 vol % and not more than 95 vol %, a boiling point of the solvent (d) at normal pressure is less than 250 C., and the polymerizable compound (a) contains a compound (a-1) containing not less than one aromatic ring or aromatic heterocycle, and not less than four vinyl groups directly bonding to the aromatic ring or the aromatic heterocycle.
COMPOSITE MOLDED ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A composite molded article in which another material is integrated on a face having grooves in a grooved resin molded article having grooves in which end parts of a fibrous inorganic filler protrude and are exposed from lateral faces of the grooves on a surface side in at least the insides of the grooves. Exposure of the end parts of the fibrous inorganic filler and formation of the grooves may be accomplished by laser irradiation, and the depth of the grooves may be at least 200 m. Another molded article comprising the other material is arranged surrounding the fibrous inorganic filler in the insides of the grooves.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR STAMPING AN UNCONSOLIDATED COMPOSITE BLANK WITH A THERMOPLASTIC MATRIX
A method for the hot stamping of a composite part with continuous fiber reinforcement in a thermoplastic matrix. A blank including a laminated structure of plies consisting in unidirectional tapes of fibers pre-impregnated with thermoplastic polymer is obtained. The blank is heated in the open to a temperature greater than or equal to the melting temperature of the polymer making up the matrix. The blank is then stamped.
METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AN EMBOSSED POLYMER FILM
A method for the production of an embossed polymer film, more specifically an oriented polyethylene (OPE) film. An embossed polymer polyethylene film obtained via the method and use of the embossed oriented polyethylene film in an anti-slip application such as in the rubber industry.
PHOTOCURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR IMPRINTING, METHOD FOR PRODUCING PHOTOCURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR IMPRINTING, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PATTERN FORMED BODY
The present disclosure provides a photocurable resin composition for imprinting comprising a polymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the polymerizable compound includes a siloxane bond in a molecule, and includes at least one polymerizable functional group, and a ratio of oxygen atoms bonded to a single silicon atom, among oxygen atoms bonded to a silicon atom included in the polymerizable compound, is 10 mol % or less.
Photocurable resin composition for imprinting, method for producing photocurable resin composition for imprinting, and method for producing pattern formed body
A photocurable resin composition for imprinting including a polymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the polymerizable compound includes a siloxane bond in a molecule, and includes at least one polymerizable functional group, and a ratio of oxygen atoms bonded to a single silicon atom, among oxygen atoms bonded to a silicon atom included in the polymerizable compound, is 10 mol % or less.
Device and method for embossing a component
A device, e.g., a heat exchanger, is disclosed. The device includes a first component and a second component. The first component has at least a first surface portion and a second surface portion. The first surface portion and the second surface portion are located opposite to one another and are spaced apart from one another. The first component includes a first support groove provided at the first surface portion and a functional groove provided at the first surface portion. The functional groove is arranged spaced apart from the first support groove at least in some sections. The functional groove is structured and arranged for partially receiving a second component for a substance-to-substance bond.
Water-Soluble Sheets and Packages
The invention relates to a water-soluble sheet comprising a nanostructured surface pattern having structural features of less than 2 m.
The invention is further related to a method of manufacturing such a water-soluble sheet having a nanostructured surface pattern having structural features of less than 2 m, wherein the method comprises contacting a water-soluble sheet with a substrate having a complementary nanostructured surface pattern.
