Sticking film, a film-sticking tool and a film-sticking assembly
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of film sticking, more particularly to a sticking film, a film-sticking tool and a film-sticking assembly. The sticking film includes a tempered film for attaching to the screen of an electronic product, and a release film layer attached to the tempered film. The release film layer is an electrostatic layer, the release film layer and the tempered film are separated when pasting, and the side of the release film layer that is attached to the tempered film generates static electricity to attract dust on the screen. Thus, static electricity can be generated when the release film layer and the tempered film are separated, which can attract dust on the screen of electronic products and clean the screen, and avoids dust particles from scratching the screen due to direct wiping of the screen, resulting in damage to the performance of the screen.
Industrial machine for applying temporary or permanent protective films to planar surfaces acting simultaneously on two faces, having a system for cutting the film and positioning edge-to-edge or with a margin, automatically adapting to suit changes in the parts that are to be treated, using an electrostatic method
The invention relates to an industrial machine for vertically applying temporary or permanent protective films on plane surfaces and having an automatic system for cutting the film, positioning it edge-to-edge or with a margin (in particular in the context of film-coating sheets of glass for the purposes of glazing any window frames without damaging the temporary protection; the glass being film-coated while leaving a setback) by acting simultaneously on both faces and adapting automatically to changes in the format of the parts for treatment, using an electrostatic method for holding the film in position on the applicator roller.

FILM ATTACHING DEVICE
Proposed is the film attachment device including: a position setting plate including a main body in which a longitudinal hole extending in a forward-backward direction is formed, and a plurality of elastic members, first end portions of which protrude downward from the main body in a state of being arranged to be spaced apart in such a manner as to surround a position setting space, and second end portions of which extend upward toward the main body and come into close contact with a terminal being inserted into the position setting space; an auxiliary member in which first and second rectangular through-holes are formed to be positioned a predetermined distance apart in such a manner as to communicate with the longitudinal hole, and which is arranged on a lower surface of the main body; and a protective film arranged to cover bottoms of the first and second rectangular through-holes.

FILM ATTACHING DEVICE
A method of attaching a protective film on a display of a terminal includes: arranging an auxiliary member in a position setting space of a position setting plate and the protective film on a lower surface of the auxiliary member; arranging the terminal within the position setting space such that the display of the terminal faces the protective film; and applying an external force through a hole of the position setting plate to attach the protective film on the display of the terminal, the hole exposing a portion of the auxiliary member therethrough, wherein the auxiliary member has a first rectangular through-hole and a second rectangular through-hole exposing the protective film therethrough.
Film applicator, a sticking film and a film-sticking assembly
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of film sticking, more particularly to a film applicator, a sticking film and a film-sticking assembly. The film applicator includes a main body portion, a pulling opening and a fixing portion. When using, the electronic product is positioned at the mounting slot and the sticking film is positioned on the fixing portion, the pulling portion is positioned between the screen and the release film layer, with a gap existed therebetween. The free end of the pulling portion is pulled to separate the release film layer and the tempered film to make the side with static electricity to attract the dust on the screen. By configuring the film applicator with the electrostatic layer, steps of pasting and dust removal are almost simultaneously carried out, and the sticking film is limited to a small space to prevent impurities and improve pasting quality.
