Film-sticking box and film-sticking assembly
A film-sticking box configured to attach a protective film to an electronic device is provided. The film-sticking box includes a main body and an inner casing. The inner casing accommodates the electronic device. A first opening and a second opening are respectively defined at two opposite ends of the main body. The first opening is configured to pass the protective film therethrough. The inner casing slides in or out via the second opening. When in use, the protective film will take away the dust on the surface of the electronic device to be filmed during pulling, and the user will not pull the drawing film and the inner casing via the same opening to cause dust residue, which can simplify the structure and operation steps to improve user experience.
Dry apply protective methods
A system for protecting a surface of a substrate includes a protective film, which is configured to be applied and secured to the surface, as well as a backing on an adherent surface of the protective film and an application tape over an exterior surface of the protective film. Protruding features, such as tabs, adjacent to different peripheral edges of the protective film may enable removal of the backing and the application tape from the protective film, and may include features that indicate the order in which each protruding feature is to be grasped to peel its corresponding element away from the protective film. Methods of using such a system are also disclosed.
Film laminator for cell phones
According to the utility model, there is provided a film laminator for cell phones, useful for film lamination on a surface of a cell phone, including: a cell phone fixing plate, on which a through hole for receiving the cell phone is established, and a top surface of which is a horizontal face; with at least one position limiting plate for abutting the cell phone within the through hole being also fixed on the top surface. The film laminator for cell phones further includes: a film laminating plate for fixing a cell phone film; one end of which is hinged to the cell phone fixing plate, and the other end of which is movable freely so that the film laminating plate is bonded with the top surface of the cell phone fixing plate. With respect to the film laminator for cell phones according to the utility model, because the position limiting plate is provided on the cell phone fixing plate, the surface of the cell phone to which a film is to be attached can handily be kept in flush with the top surface of the cell phone fixing plate. Upon film lamination, the film laminating plate can contact with the top surface of the cell phone fixing plate and the surface of the cell phone to which a film is to be attached at the same time, so that the stress that is laid on it in the course of film lamination is very even, and a good effect of film lamination is obtained.
Methods for application of polymeric film and related assemblies
A method of applying a polymeric film to an article when forming an assembly according to the invention comprises: providing a polymeric film sized to cover at least a portion of at least one exterior surface of the article; providing at least one gaseous agent to form a coating on at least one surface of the polymeric film and/or at least one exterior surface of the article to be contacted when forming an assembly; contacting at least a portion of the polymeric film and at least a portion of the at least one exterior surface of the article; and form-fitting the polymeric film with the portion of the at least one exterior surface of the article.
Screen Protector Installation Tool
A screen protector installation tool for installing a screen protector on a screen of an electronic device, the tool includes a holding base and a pressing assembly, the holding base has a holding chamber for holding the electronic device and two guiding rails at two sides of the holding chamber, the pressing assembly includes a sliding element and a pressing element, wherein the sliding element includes two sliding portions which are respectively slidable along the two guiding rails, so as to allow the pressing element to move above the holding chamber to cause the screen protector positioned in the holding base to be installed on the screen of the electronic device.
Hand-held squeegee with ring loop
A hand-held squeegee for applying or installing wraps and/or films to surfaces. The hand-held squeegee includes a blade portion, a handle portion, and a ring loop portion. The hand-held squeegee is placed over or around a user's finger so that the squeegee can rotate about the user's finger between use and non-use, and is conveniently secured to the user's hand even when it is not actively in use by the user or when the user is using another tool.
Apparatus and methods for sealing electrical connections
An electrical connection sealer includes an outer jacket and a low-viscosity sealant. The outer jacket includes a first piece of heat-shrinkable tubing. The outer jacket has a pre-sealed end and an open end opposite the pre-sealed end. The first piece of heat-shrinkable tubing at the open end is heat-recoverable and forms a cavity for insertion of an electrical connection. The low-viscosity sealant is insertable into the cavity. Upon application of heat to the electrical connection sealer with the electrical connection and the low-viscosity sealant in the cavity of the electrical connection sealer, the low-viscosity sealant flows across and through the first wires and the at least one second wire and the first piece of heat-shrinkable tubing shrinks to encapsulate the electrical connection and seal the electrical connection and the low-viscosity sealant substantially within the outer jacket.
VISOR COATING FILM, PROTECTED EYEWEAR APPARATUS CONTAINING SAME, AND VISOR PROTECTION APPLICATION KIT
A protective eyewear apparatus can include a coated visor and an anchoring element configured to removably secure the coated visor to a wearer's head. The coated visor may comprise a visor with a viewing area and a multi-layer visor coating film comprising a protective film and an adhesive layer unreleasably coupled to the protective film and releasably coupled to the visor viewing area. The multi-layer visor coating film may alternatively be included in a visor protection application kit that may additionally comprise a surface treatment solution, an adherence uniformity tool, and instructions for releasably coupling the multi-layer visor coating film to a viewing area of a visor portion of a protective eyewear apparatus. In addition, a method is provided for imparting abrasion resistance, puncture resistance, resistance to tearing, and corrosion resistance to a protective eyewear apparatus.
