A MICRO EMBOSSING UNIT WITH A BELT SYSTEM
A cast and cure system which can be implemented by UV lacquer and which enables application of various patterns and sheathing on printed materials in areas such as flexible packaging, printing, serigraphy, label printing and offset tin printing. The system includes at least one UV cassette which enables the UV lacquer to pass under the UV light together with the belt and therefore curing the UV lacquer. The system relates to a micro embossing unit with belt-which has at least one cooler cylinder which cools the film coming out of the UV cassette, at least one cylinder which enables the film to be carried during the sheathing and at least one tension control system which automatically adjusts the tension of the cylinders.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A STRUCTURAL PANEL FOR AN ENGINEERING STRUCTURE
A method of manufacturing at least one structural panel (20) for an engineering structure comprises conveying a layered structure (40) through a roller assembly comprising at least one pair of heating rollers (50) and at least one pair of cooling rollers (52), where the cooling rollers are at a lower temperature than the heating rollers. The layer structure comprises a thermoplastic foam layer 24 and at least one skin layer (22). The heating rollers 0 heat the skin layer (22) to melt at least part of the foam layer (24) adjacent to the skin layer (22) and bond the foam layer (24) to the skin (22). The cooling rollers (52) cool the layered structure (40) so that the thermoplastic resolidifies, retaining its bond with the skin to form the bonded panel (20). This approach greatly reduces manufacturing costs for structural panels.
Film adhering apparatus
A film adhering apparatus for adhering a protective film on a work piece includes a controller, a conveyor belt, a rotating bracket configured to assemble the protective film, a suction driving member, a sensor, a first suction member, a cutting assembly, and a moving assembly. When the work piece is sensed by the sensor, one end of the protective film is pulled by the moving assembly to pass by the first suction member, and the protective film is sucked by the first suction member. The moving assembly releases the protective film and reset to suck the protective film again, and the protective film is cut off by the cutting assembly. The suction driving member drives the first suction member to move toward the work piece and the protective film is adhered on the work piece.
