Perforated valve for pressure container
Valve (V) for a pressure vessel comprises a hollow cylindrical valve cover element (1) adapted to define an outer cover for a hollow body (2) adapted to be disposed, in use, to the inside of the element (1) itself in the hollow part (C) of the said element (1); and a pawl (3) adapted to be inserted and housed, in use, inside said hollow body (2).
Split-type electric pressure cooker
Disclosed is a split-type electric pressure cooker. The cooker comprises a cooker body and a cooker lid, the cooker body being provided with a power supply device. The split-type electric pressure cooker further comprises: a mechanical vent valve, comprising a valve seat and a valve cover, wherein the valve seat is fixedly mounted on the cooker lid, and the valve cover can be movably mounted on the valve seat; a power transmitting device mounted on the cooker body and able to be electrically connected to the power supply device; a power receiving device mounted on the cooker lid; and a motor driving device mounted on the cooker lid and electrically connected to the power receiving device, the motor driving device being used for driving the valve cover to move so as to open or close the mechanical vent valve. With the cooperation of the power transmitting device and the power receiving device, the power transmission is realized between the cooker body and the cooker lid.
COOKING APPLIANCE
A cooking appliance includes a pot lid having a cross section with a long axis and a short axis orthogonal to each other, a pot body including a limiting boss provided at an upper surface of the pot body and configured to abut against an outer peripheral edge of the pot lid when the pot lid is closed, and a pot lid locking assembly configured to lock the pot lid in a closed state. The pot lid locking assembly includes at least one of a lid locking part disposed at the pot lid or a pot locking part disposed at the pot body.
Cooking device and components thereof
A cooking system includes a housing defining a hollow chamber configured to receive food. The housing has an upper portion defining an opening to said hollow chamber. A lid is movable relative to the housing between an open position and a closed position and has an interior lid cavity. An air movement device is positioned to move air through at least one of the hollow chamber and the interior lid cavity in a direction of flow. At least one vent is disposed in at least one of the lid and the housing and includes a leading end and a trailing end relative to the direction of flow. The at least one vent is openable to have a greater airflow capacity at the leading end relative to the trailing end or openable to have a greater airflow capacity at the trailing end relative to the leading end.
Rice cooker with lid and body control panels
Disclosed is a cooking appliance that includes a cooker body assembly, a lid assembly, a weighing sensor, a first control panel, and a second control panel. The cooker body assembly includes a housing and an inner pot disposed inside the housing. The lid assembly can be opened and closed to cover the inner pot. The first control panel is disposed on the lid assembly, and the second control panel is disposed on the housing. The weighing sensor is electrically connected to the second control panel. According to this disclosure, the second control panel is disposed on the housing, so that the second control panel does not flip to the rear side together with the lid assembly when the lid assembly is opened to add food or water.
LOW-PRESSURE COOKING METHOD AND COOKWARE VESSEL ADAPTED FOR THE SAME
Food stuffs are cooked at precise temperatures, which are optionally below 100° C., in a vessel that is evacuated to exclude air, in which low pressure steam replaces the air. When a sufficient quantity of air is excluded and replaced with water vapor, the temperature of vapor is accurately measured inside the vessel below the lid to control the temperatures within about 1° C. Air is preferably excluded via a controlled heated process for a relatively short period of time at high temperature to generate steam, the temperature is lowered to condense water vapor upon which the lid will sealingly engage the rim of the vessel, forming a partial vacuum in the cooking vessel.
