DEVICE FOR BREWING A BEVERAGE
A brewing device, the device comprising; a reservoir for containing a supply of liquid, and a channel providing a flow channel from the reservoir to a rinse head situated in an infusion chamber, wherein the rinse head is mounted to be rotatable, defining an axis of rotation, the rinse head comprising at least one arcuate rinse channel, arranged to project rinse water with momentum in a direction that provides a moment about the axis of rotation; and a brewing device, the device comprising; a reservoir for containing a supply of liquid, and a channel providing a flow channel from the reservoir to a rinse head situated in an infusion chamber and comprising a plurality of rinse channels, wherein the rinse head is mounted to be rotatable by the action of a bushing bearing.
MANUAL PRESSURE TYPE COFFEE MAKER
A manual pressure type coffee maker includes an outer cup body, the outer cup body is provided with a cup cavity with an open end, and with an inner container that can be inserted into and pulled out of the cup cavity from the open end, the technical points are the inner container is provided with an inner container cavity for containing brewing materials, the inner container is provided with a sealing ring that separates the cup cavity to form a closed space, and a bottom of the inner container cavity is provided with a filter communicated with the closed space, when the inner container is pulled outwards, negative pressure is formed in the closed space so that liquid in the inner container cavity is sucked into the closed space through the filter. The invention can brew coffee by negative pressure with a simple structure.
DRUG DECOCTING CONTAINER
A drug decocting container comprises a cover body (1), an inner-layer container, and an outer-layer container. The inner-layer container is em-bedded in the inner part of the outer-layer container, the strength of the outer-layer container is larger than that of the inner-layer container, and the outer-layer container supports the inner-layer container and controls deformation of the inner-layer container. The cover body (1) is connected with the inner-layer container in a sealing way to form a sealed cavity, and a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are provided on the sealed cavity. An inner pipe (3) is supported by a high-strength outer pipe (2) in the drug decocting container, such that the wall thickness of the inner pipe (3) can be thin, thereby reducing costs of the inner pipe (3), providing a condition for disposable use of the inner pipe (3), and preventing drugs from influencing each other by residues in the inner pipe (3) so as to affect the quality of a beverage while decocting different drugs. Decoction pieces are separated by multi-stage baffle plates (4), thereby reducing pressure of the decoction pieces on a filter piece (5), and increasing the flowing speed of extract liquor.
BEVERAGE PREPARATION APPARATUS
A beverage preparation apparatus includes a liquid storage tank, a liquid supply path having one end serving as an introduction port and the other end serving as a supply port, a heating device for heating a liquid in the liquid supply path, a tank to which the liquid heated by the heating device is supplied through the supply port, an air passage path including an air inlet and an air outlet and sending air into the tank, and a fan arranged in the air passage path. The air passage path is provided to include a portion extending from a lower side toward an upper side along a peripheral surface of the liquid storage tank.
GRATING APPARATUS AND BEVERAGE PREPARATION APPARATUS
A grating apparatus grates an object to be grated, and includes an upper mill including an upper mill grinding surface and an opening portion in a center of the upper mill grinding surface, a lower mill located below the upper mill and including a lower mill grinding surface abutting on the upper mill grinding surface, and a core at least partially located in the opening portion. The core includes a plate-shaped portion which rotates, and an engagement portion engaged with an object to be grated is provided in a peripheral end surface of the plate-shaped portion.
Coffee, tea, or beverage making device and method
One embodiment of a device used for Coffee Cupping in which coffee grounds, tea or other sediment to be extracted are mixed with a liquid in a vessel with a narrow section 24 between an upper chamber 20 and a lower chamber 26. After the sediment has settled in the lower chamber, a stopper 28 (attached to a rod 30, and a handle 32) is inserted into the narrow section 24 thereby sealing off the lower chamber 26 and allowing the now sediment-free liquid in the upper chamber 20 to be poured out using the pouring spout 22, into another vessel for tasting. Alternative embodiments are described and shown.
Device for pressing the coffee powder within the filter holder
A device for pressing coffee powder includes a lowerly open first hollow cylinder body having a presser element housed therein which has a lowerly open but upperly closed second hollow cylinder body with an annular flange at a lower edge, a pressing member slidable within the second hollow cylindrical body and having a head which emerges from the base aperture of the second hollow cylindrical body, and a biasing member housed within the presser element and acting on the pressing member to maintain the pressing head spaced from the annular flange when the pressing device is not in use, the biasing member being compressed during coffee pressing by the pressing head, an arm causing the presser element to descend relative to the first hollow cylindrical body, the pressing member having a transverse pin with a roller guided along a helical groove defined in the lateral surface of the presser element.
