DEVICE FOR GRIPPING A HOLLOW BODY HAVING AN ENHANCED CAPACITY FOR EVACUATING HEAT
A device for gripping a hollow body includes a freely-rotating shaft and a mandrel that is integral with the shaft. The mandrel itself includes: an end fitting; a radiator that is mounted directly on the end fitting; a crosspiece inserted between the end fitting and the radiator; an expandable ring mounted between the end fitting and the crosspiece; an elastic element mounted between the end fitting and the expandable ring; an insert made of a material with high thermal conductivity, set in a housing made in the end fitting and emptying onto a free end face of the former, with the insert extending up to the point facing the radiator.
DOUBLE CONTAINER ASSEMBLY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Provided is a manufacturing method for a double container that allows easy manufacturing with a molding device not significantly different from conventional devices and that can, at a lower cost than the processing cost of conventional technology, very easily and reliably form, in a comparatively rigid outer container and in a double container that allows, inside the outer container, capacity to be varied with respect to the amount of content, an opening for allowing external air to enter. When a pair of partial molds are brought near each other in order to form a split mold, at least part of the mating faces of the pair of partial molds forms a projection by sandwiching a small outer diameter portion of a parison, a gap that passes between the double container is created by cutting off the projection, and the gap is opened and expanded by screwing on a cap.
Prism, Prism Production Method, Mold, And Sensor Chip
A prism (1090) is configured from a dielectric medium and is used in analysis using surface plasmons. The prism (1090) is provided with an incidence surface (1170) on which excitation light from outside is incident, a reflection surface (1172) on which excitation light having entered the incidence surface (1170) is reflected, an emission surface (1174) from which excitation light reflected by the reflection surface (1172) is emitted, and an opposing surface (1175) opposing the reflection surface (1172). A gold film (1092) is formed on the reflection surface (1172). The opposing surface (1175) has a sink-mark surface (1200), and the sink-mark surface (1200) is a transparent surface.
DUAL MOLD REPLACEABLE CENTER RIB
Assemblies and methods for fabricating one or more molded tire treads are provided along with systems for manufacturing a plurality of tread mold configurations from interchangeable elements.
Method and Device for Laminating a Profiled Fibre Moulding
Illustrated and described are a method and a device for laminating a profiled fibre moulding with a thermoplastic film. The film is laminated onto a surface of the fibre moulding to be coated by heat and differential pressure. To improve the lamination of the fibre moulding and to achieve uniform lamination thicknesses over the entire fibre moulding, the method includes the following steps: fixing at least an edge of the fed film to a base plate, heating the film, deforming the film via a moulding tool, feeding the fibre moulding, joining the fibre moulding to the pre-formed film, and removing the laminated fibre moulding.
