A method for managing an apparatus for cooking food, including an oven for cooking the foods, fixed to a support frame with which a collecting tank is associated that is designed to collect the liquid produced in the oven during the cooking of food or delivered to the oven during a washing procedure of the oven, includes detecting a plurality of different levels reached by the liquid in the collecting tank and communicating the reaching of the levels to a command-and-control device of the oven, one of the levels being a preset permissible maximum level that the liquid can reach in the collecting tank.

A steam valve for a cooking utensil and the cooking utensil are provided. The steam valve includes a valve base, a bonnet and a barrier member. The bonnet and the valve base form a mounting chamber. The valve base has a steam inlet, and at least one of the valve base and the bonnet has a steam outlet. The barrier member is mounted in the mounting chamber, the barrier member and a top wall of the bonnet define a first passage therebetween, steam flows from the steam inlet via the first passage to the steam outlet, and a bottom wall of the valve base corresponding to the barrier member is disposed obliquely such that liquid flows back to the steam inlet.

A steam valve for a cooking utensil and the cooking utensil are provided. The steam valve includes a valve base, a bonnet and a barrier member. The bonnet and the valve base form a mounting chamber. The valve base has a steam inlet, and at least one of the valve base and the bonnet has a steam outlet. The barrier member is mounted in the mounting chamber, the barrier member and a top wall of the bonnet define a first passage therebetween, steam flows from the steam inlet via the first passage to the steam outlet, and a bottom wall of the valve base corresponding to the barrier member is disposed obliquely such that liquid flows back to the steam inlet.

The present disclosure relates to food processors for preparing a food in a food preparation vessel by mixing, chopping and/or heating and to an extractor module for a food processor. A food processor for preparing a food in a food preparation vessel by mixing, chopping and/or heating comprises the food preparation vessel, an intake opening, a filter and a suction device with which fume from a food preparation in the food preparation vessel can be sucked in through the intake opening and conveyed through the filter. In this way, a space-saving and convenient possibility for the extraction of generated fume is created.

The present disclosure relates to food processors for preparing a food in a food preparation vessel by mixing, chopping and/or heating and to an extractor module for a food processor. An electric grill with a filtration system for filtering the fumes released from food cooked using an electric resistance acting as a heat source. The heat source is disposed below the grilling grate which extend in a horizontal plane. The grilling grate including an electric air extractor fan which removes the fumes released during cooking. The filtration system extends on the grilling grate and below the electric air extractor fan. The filtration system includes at least one metal mesh with an activated carbon filter contained in a slidable holding drawer. The drawer comprises a lower frame and an upper frame cover having pairs of quadrangular openings covered by respective metal meshes. An activated carbon sheet extends between them. The electric air extractor fan directs the purified air outside through a plurality of holes (38) defined in an upper chimney (21).
