The device is reusable and therefore environmentally friendly.
Portable grill device
Provided is a portable grill device including at least one substantially vertical, flat heat source, at least one support for food to be grilled that is arranged in front of the heat source, at least one drive unit for rotating the at least one support for food to be grilled about a substantially vertical axis of rotation, and a power supply for supplying the drive unit with the power required for the operation thereof. The portable grill device includes at least one adjustment unit which is designed to steplessly adjust a spacing between the at least one heat source and the at least one support for food to be grilled, during operation of the grill device.
Powered cooking accessory for an oven cavity
A method for operating a cooking system includes receiving information from a powered cooking accessory positioned within an interior cavity of an oven. The powered cooking accessory includes a body receivable within an interior of the oven, a first electronic device coupled with the body, and a device coupling extending from the body. The method further includes determining at least one characteristic of the powered cooking accessory and providing electrical power to the electronic device by an electrical coupling between the device coupling and a connection port within the interior cavity of the oven at a predetermined output level based on the at least one characteristic thereof.
Multi-robotic arm cooking system
A cooking system includes a grill, a first arm assembly and a second arm assembly. An electronic hardware controller is in signal communication with the at least one grill, the first arm assembly and the second arm assembly. The controller operates the first arm assembly to transfer a prepared product to the grill, and operates the second arm assembly to transfer a cooked product from the grill.
Roller grill assembly canopy
Provided is a canopy cover for a roller grill assembly that works in conjunction with a roller grill food separating device. The canopy includes a pair of support brackets that contact the sidewalls of the roller grill to support the canopy thereon. The canopy support brackets include cutouts for positioning a food separating device on the grill assembly. The configuration of the cutouts allows the food separating device support brackets to rest between the ends of the canopy support brackets and on the roller grill. The canopy further includes a pair of canopy header brackets for supporting a header graphic custom sign positioned above the roller grill. The canopy provides a sanitary cover for a roller grill and a food separating device that permits segregation of food products on the grill surface, protects the food from contaminants, and provides support for an advertising sign.
Systems and methods for cutting and cooking a substance
Systems and methods for cutting and cooking a substance are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: convey, via a primary conveying subsystem, a layer of food substance along a conveyance path along which the layer of food substance is conveyed; cut, via a cutter, the layer of food substance into food pieces; apply, via a primary pressurized fluid outlet, primary pressurized fluid such that the food pieces are released from the cutter; heat, via the heating mechanism, a chamber; apply, via a secondary pressurized fluid outlet, secondary pressurized fluid so that the food pieces are held flat to the primary conveying substrate, and hold, via a secondary conveying subsystem, the layer of food substance flat between the primary conveying substrate and a secondary conveying substrate for at least a portion of the chamber.
ROTARY ROASTER HEATED BY INDUCTION HEATING METHOD
The present disclosure relates to a rotary roaster capable of uniformly heating the entire surface of a grill by means of an induction heating method. According to one embodiment, a rotary roaster operating on an induction heating device comprises a supporter, a grill rotatably coupled to the supporter, a motor configured to rotate the grill and a receiving coil provided on a bottom surface of the supporter and configured to provide a power induced by a working coil of the induction heating device to the motor.
BROILER DISCHARGE RAMP
A heat transfer system for heat treatment of a food product includes an enclosure with a food product inlet and a food product outlet. At least one conveyor extends into the enclosure from the food product inlet. At least one heat source is arranged relative to the at least one conveyor. A ramp at least partially extends below the at least one conveyor.
