Bag With Handle And Method For Manufacture Thereof
A bag with handle and method for producing the bag that incorporates the features of four seal bag body with a new handle part to obtain a new bag with a durable bag body that can carry a heavy load, can be stacked in high number without falling, consume less space in storage and transportation, has large front space and side spaces for product information display while on shelf, that is convenient to hold, strong and secure, that does not cut fingers in use, and that may be applied to shopping bags or reusable or resealable packaging bags. The concept of the method of producing said bag is steps of folding, assembling, and sealing a plurality of sheet materials which are not obvious to a person ordinarily skilled in the art.
POUCH-TYPE BAG MADE OF PAPER AS WELL AS METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING A POUCH-TYPE BAG MADE OF PAPER
The invention relates to a pouch-type bag made of paper having a first ply and a second ply, which are connected to one another on their lateral edges and form a filling space, wherein, at its closed end, the pouch-type bag comprises a block-type base or cross-type base and, at its open end via which the filling space can be filled, the lateral edges of the first and second plies terminate on the same plane, wherein at least one sheet is connected to the first ply, which sheet extends beyond the lateral edges of the first and second plies, wherein the sheet is arranged in particular on the side of the first ply facing away from the filling space.
Method and system for manufacturing bags
A system and method of manufacturing reinforced bags having reinforcing elements applied about the bags to support the bags in an opened and/or upstanding configuration. A web of bag material can be fed from a supply and can be folded and secured to form the bags. A series of reinforcing strips can be fed through an adhesive application station for application of an adhesive material thereto in a desired pattern. The reinforcing strips and bags are brought into registration and are adhesively attached to form the reinforced bags.
THERMOPLASTIC BAG PRODUCED WITH A BACK SEAM WELDER
A thermal welder is configured to weld a back seam of a bag formed of thermoplastic sheet material. The welder may include a weld heater and a compression mechanism downstream of the weld heater to compress the sheet material to form the back seam. The welder may also include a weld breaker downstream of the compression mechanism to break apart incidental welds which are formed adjacent the back seam.
Back seam welder and method of operation
A thermal welder is configured to weld a back seam of a bag formed of thermoplastic sheet material. The welder may include a weld heater and a compression mechanism downstream of the weld heater to compress the sheet material to form the back seam. The welder may also include a weld breaker downstream of the compression mechanism to break apart incidental welds which are formed adjacent the back seam.
Disposable bioprocess bag, manufacturing method therefor, hot-melt annular welding machine
The present invention provides a disposable bioprocess bag, a manufacturing method therefor and a hot-melt annular welding machine, relating to the technical field of biopharmaceutics. The manufacturing method comprises: preparing a first cropping template to a fourth cropping template according to a top, an upper portion, a lower portion and a bottom of a bioreactor; cropping a raw material film according to the first cropping template to the fourth cropping template to obtain a first membrane material to a fourth membrane material, wherein the fourth membrane material directly serves as a rounded bottom; welding at least two pockets on the first membrane material to obtain a rounded top; welding the second membrane material to obtain a cylindrical upper portion; welding the third membrane material to obtain a lower portion in the shape of an inverted rounded truncated cone; and welding, using a hot-melt annular welding machine, the rounded top, the cylindrical upper part, the lower portion in the shape of an inverted rounded truncated cone and the rounded bottom, to obtain a disposable bioprocess bag. According to the present invention, the physical properties of the welded edge of the disposable bioprocess bag are improved, and the fit of the disposable bioprocess bag to the bioreactor are also enhanced.
Bag making apparatus
A bag making apparatus includes a welding device for welding a sheet panel and a strip member in a zone where the sheet panel is intermittently fed by a feed device and a cut device disposed downstream of the welding device to cross-cut the sheet panel and the strip member every intermitted feed cycle. The welding device include a pressure unit for pressurizing the sheet panel and the strip member superposed on each other and a laser unit for irradiating the sheet panel or the strip member with a laser beam at an irradiation position upstream of a pressure position of the pressure unit to melt the sheet panel or the strip member. The pressure unit and the laser unit are configured to be movable together upstream and downstream relative to the sheet panel while maintaining a relative positional relationship between the pressure position and the irradiation position.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING A WEB OF A FLEXIBLE, PLASTIC PACKAGING MATERIAL AND FLEXIBLE POUCH PACKAGE
A method for providing a web (30) of flexible, plastic packaging material with a succession of dimples (9) forming indentations for straw insertion, comprising feeding the web (30) of packaging material through a first nip (52) defined by a first pair (51) of rotating rollers, and cyclically engaging the web (30) from a first side (31) by a protrusion (55) supported by a first roller (53) of said first pair (51) of rotating rollers for forming the succession of dimples (9) in the web (30) of packaging material. The invention also relates to a corresponding apparatus and a flexible pouch package comprising a dimple.
