Food smoking skewer
A smoking skewer for imparting a smoke flavoring to an interior of a food item is disclosed. The smoking skewer includes an elongate hollow rod, a food penetrating point at the distal end and a handle is at the proximal end. An opening is also provided at the proximal end of the elongate hollow rod. A plurality of apertures are disposed in a spaced apart relation along the elongate hollow rod are dimensioned to convey a smoke source from the interior cavity to the exterior surface of the elongate hollow rod and the interior of a food item carried thereon. A mesh sleeve is carried within the interior cavity to contain ash and particulates from the smoke source. The smoke source may be a smoking stick, formed of a combustible material to generate a smoke flavoring combustion by product.
COOKING IMPLEMENT
A cooking implement configured to assist in the cooking process of a hot dog or similar item wherein the present invention facilitates the rotational movement of the food item during the cooking process. The present invention includes a support frame wherein the support frame is comprised of a bottom horizontal member and a vertical support member. The vertical support member includes a plurality of contiguous segments formed in a human outline shape. The frame has a food rod tube coupler secured thereto. A food rod tube is secured to the food rod tube coupler and has a hollow passage therethrough. The food rod tube further includes an engagement tab at an end distal to the support frame. A plurality of food rod support members are provided that operably couple with the food rod tube having a portion egressing therefrom.
Method and apparatus for cooking a skewered food item
A turkey cooking apparatus provides a pot and a specially configured insert (e.g., basket) that rests upon the pot bottom. A lower funnel shaped section and upper tube shaped section are provided inside the pot. The insert (e.g., basket) sits upon funnel shaped portion. The insert has a central opening that is receptive of the tubed portion. Both the insert and the tube section can have openings that enable steam to travel upwardly to cook the turkey carcass.

Canister Grilling Bar
The disclosure provides users with a corn cooking grill attachment which frees up already existing grill space to enable users to cook their meat and cobs of corn simultaneously. The disclosure introduces a novel canister holding bar that can be conveniently placed on the back of the grilling surface or in a campfire. After securing the attachment, the user simply places the canister that holds the corn into the designated holes found on the holding bar. Steam generated from the grill and canister cooks the corn evenly and indicates cooking status. A cap is provided for the canister open end and a push rod is mounted on the nipple end of the canister. A cob screw mounted on an underside of the cap. A collar is configured to receive a plurality of cob screws for cooking the enclosed item(s) adjacent a cooking source.
Grilling rack
A food grilling rack provides a frame defined by a plurality of connected side walls forming a closed geometric shape. The frame includes a lower corrugated sheet that provides multiple troughs, each trough having a lowest portion. The lower sheet is attached to at least some of the side walls. An upper sheet of material is supported (e.g., removably) above the sheet of corrugated material. There are a plurality of openings in the upper sheet of material, each opening being vertically aligned with a lowest portion of a trough. In one embodiment, the frame includes a pair of flanged members attached to a lower corrugated sheet that provides multiple troughs, each trough having a lowest portion. A sheet with openings slides into the frame aligning the openings with the lowest part of the trough.

COOKING UTENSIL
A cooking utensil which comprises walling defining an upwardly open compartment having two side walls which are elongate in the vertical direction and in one horizontal direction. The distance between the side walls is less than the dimensions in the vertical and horizontal directions thereby to provide a food receiving compartment which is relatively long and relatively high but is also relatively narrow. To provide a number of parallel side-by-side compartments the utensil (64) comprises a bounding wall including two spaced apart sidewall sections (66). One or more partitions (70) extend parallel to the sidewall sections (66) and span between side wall sections (68) thereby to define a number of such compartments.
