Stand for turkey frying
A turkey stand for use in deep frying a turkey or other fowl. The stand includes a rod which is threaded on a first end and flattened on the opposite end. The threaded end is received through central holes in 2 of 3 legs and threaded into a collar secured to the third. Each of the three legs has V-shaped bends near each end forming 2 feet, with the bends increasing in depth to accommodate the variation in distance from the support surface. Thus, each of the feet engages the bottom of the fry pot without any rocking.
Container for Heating Tortillas in a Toaster
A container for heating tortillas, quesadillas, pitas, or similar food articles in a toaster. The food articles have a moisture content by weight ranging from 30% to 52% prior to heating in the toaster. The container comprises an upright structure adapted to removably fit into the vertical slot of a conventional toaster and be supported by the toaster during a toaster heating cycle. The upright structure has a front and back connected to a hinged or metal ring bound bottom. The sides consist of a stainless-steel wire frame with vertical grate front and back which provides apertures for passing heat from the toaster to the food article located inside the container. The container is openable to permit removal of the food article after heating.

A device for roasting a food item includes a stand having a frame adapted to be positioned on a surface of a cooking device. The frame includes an upper frame member. A food hanger is adapted to support the food item and engages the upper frame member in a removable fashion so that a majority of the food item is suspended below the upper frame member and above the surface of the cooking device when the frame is positioned thereon.

A vertical grating for cooking whole fish in an oven is disclosed herein that includes a base in isosceles trapezoid shaped form, which has columns set to hold the whole fish in such a way that it is suspended and allowing for the cooking of fish on both sides so that the skin is crisp, wherein the grating may be used to present the fish to the fish eater and facilitating their consumption.
HYBRID SKEWER
Disclosed herein is a hybrid skewer comprising an elongated rod that in turn comprises a handle portion and a skewer portion. The skewer portion and handle portion are separated by a circular shoulder element. The skewer portion comprises a plurality of raised longitudinal fins running the length of the skewer portion and the fins are of sufficient size to engage a food or non-food item and prevent the item from rotating about the axis of the skewer portion. The handle portion comprises a surface pattern, the surface pattern covering at least a portion of the circumference of the handle portion. The handle portion terminates in a tapered tip for facilitating the insertion of the handle portion into a support platform or base.
HYBRID SKEWER
Disclosed herein is a hybrid skewer comprising an elongated rod that in turn comprises a handle portion and a skewer portion. The skewer portion and handle portion are separated by a circular shoulder element. Device for cooking food on a grill
The device comprises a square metal base plate with an anchor post, a tine holder that fits over the base plate anchor post, and a plurality shaped tines of circular cross-section that are inserted into the tine holder. The shaped tines are inserted into the food to be cooked. A plurality of tines are inserted into a hole on the tine holder. The tine holder assembly is then set atop the anchor post on the base plate such that the food is positioned vertically. The device is then placed directly on top of the upper grill surface.
