Containers and methods and devices for enhancing thermal energy transfer between container contents and external environment
The disclosure features various embodiments and aspects of containers and related systems for quenching contents of the containers.
SHAKER BOTTLE WITH PLASTIC LINER
A powdered drink shaker bottle is provided with a rigid, disposable liner to minimize clean up and eliminate residual odors. The liner is shaped to fit inside the cup of the bottle, and includes a plurality of projections to facilitate mixing of a powdered drink in the bottle. The projections eliminate the need for a separate, removable mixing device, such as a ball or grate. An optional cap liner may also be provided.

COCKTAIL SHAKER AND CHILLER APPARATUS
An apparatus for accommodating a beverage includes an outer vessel defining a vessel cavity for receiving a cooling agent, a container having a lid and a beverage receptacle and a port. The lid is configured for engagement with the outer vessel to releasably mount the container to the outer vessel. The beverage receptacle defines a receptacle chamber for accommodating a liquid beverage for consumption by a user. The receptacle chamber is isolated from the vessel cavity. The beverage receptacle comprises a thermal conductive material and is at least partially disposed within the vessel cavity of the outer vessel when the container is mounted to the outer vessel whereby thermal energy is transferred from the cooling agent to the liquid beverage. The port defines a port opening in fluid communication with the receptacle chamber to permit distribution of the liquid beverage to the user. The outer vessel and mounted container may be positioned within a freezing apparatus to freeze the cooling agent, e.g., water about the beverage receptacle.

MUG
A mug including a stirring unit connected to the liquid space of the mug, for stirring a beverage contained in the liquid space of the mug simultaneously by the same hand in which the mug is held, and in which mug the stirring unit includes a pumping space separate from the liquid space, and a pumping device connected to the pumping space, configured to increase and to decrease the pressure of air inside the pumping space in an alternating manner. In the mug according to the invention, a flow channel extends from the pumping space to the liquid space, enabling the flow of the beverage contained in the liquid space from the liquid space to the pumping space and from the pumping space to the liquid space, whereby a liquid flow can be formed in the flow channel, for stirring the beverage in the liquid space by the pumping device.

METHOD AND MECHANISM FOR NON-ROTATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF A BLADE ASSEMBLY TO A VESSEL
A cap for closing a container including a cap body for contacting an open end of the container and at least one connector mounted to an exterior of said cap body for coupling said cap body to the container. The at least one connector includes an engaging piece and a lever. An initial movement of said at least one connector causes said engaging piece to contact the container and a further movement of said at least one connector causes said engaging piece to affix said cap body to the container.
FROTHING CONTAINER AND METHOD OF CREATING A FROTHED BEVERAGE
A container for frothing a beverage or component of a beverage, comprising a side wall and a base which define an inner volume, and an opening for filling said inner volume with said beverage or component, characterised in that an interior surface of said base and/or side wall comprises at least a primary protrusion and/or a primary depression, connected thereto and/or formed therein.
