The Fork Friend is a domestic utensil designed to remove hot food from roasting forks without damaging the food, and minimize the risk of being burned during the removal of hot food. The Fork Friend is comprised of a flat, elongated rectangular shaped strap of metal, or thin, rigid, heat-resistant material, with notches cut and spaced so as to fit over the top of the tines on a roasting fork. By positioning the Fork Friend over the tines of the roasting fork and behind the food, the operator slides the Fork Friend along the tines, toward the end of the roasting fork, dislodging the food. The Fork Friend is unique in that it is an independent utensil which offers the controlled and safe removal of hot food from various styles, sizes, and shapes of roasting forks.

A chitterling cleaner. The chitterling cleaner includes a knife having a curved handle section and a body extending therefrom. A lower edge of the body has a track thereon. A blade having a slot for receiving the track is removably securable to the body via a friction fit. In one embodiment, the blade includes a plurality of serrated teeth thereon. The slot and track can be composed of magnetic materials to ensure a strong connection when the blade is secured to the knife body. A ladle strainer assembly for straining solids from a liquid includes a handle is hollow wherein the handle is configured to be gripped by a user. A bowl is coupled to the handle for dipping into a liquid to scoop a predetermined volume of the liquid. A baking form that has an outer shell with a bottom plate positioned that creates the container, which gives support to the food item to be baked inside. The removable bottom plate allows the food to be separated from the entire baking form. The baking form is part of an entire system, which includes a stand that is used to support and push the entire baked good that sits on the removable plate up and free from the outer shell in order to place the entire content onto a working surface.
