Special disposable cutting sheet device
A cutting sheet formed from thin material with a curb or moat around its periphery made of a paper core and spray-on food safe acrylic water repellent sheet consisting of a cutting surface and a support surface made in a rectangular configuration with a perimeter, a limiting circularly shaped curb configuration around the perimeter wherein an amount of released juices from a foodstuff are contained, a set of pleats on the perimeter to facilitate folding of the surfaces, and a set of score lines to guide a person cutting the foodstuff wherein the person can place the foodstuff on the disposable cutting sheet device and cut the foodstuff with the score lines as guides, then the person can use the pleats to guide folding the disposable cutting sheet design into a funnel, and then the person can then dispose of the disposable cutting sheet after a one-time use.
Food cutting apparatus
A food cutting apparatus includes first and second guide panels spaced apart from each other at a preset distance, the first and second guide panels each having a plurality of cutting slots formed downwardly at regular interval, defining a plurality of cutting guide paths to guide a cutting knife there-through to cut food products placed between the guide panels into pieces; a cutting board placed between the first and second guide panels, the cutting board having a predetermined width configured to preset the distance of the first and second guide panels by abutting the first and second guide panels against two opposing side faces of the cutting board placed there-between, thereby, enabling the user to slice the placed food products into multiple pieces using a cutting knife introduced to the plural pairs of corresponding cutting slots of the first and second guide panels; and first and second guide posts coupled perpendicularly to the first and second guide so as to guide and position the first and second guide panels at the preset distance there-between. Multiple cutting boards of different widths can be provided to place and cut different amount or rolls of the food products.
Curved cutting board and holder
A method of chopping or cutting a food item on a cutting board which involves configuring and holding a flexible cutting board in a U-shaped configuration and chopping or cutting a food item in the bottom of the U-shaped configuration. Particles of the food item that would otherwise traject off a flat cutting board are contained between the side walls of the U-shaped configuration of the flexible cutting board and un-chopped and un-cut pieces of the food item fall downward into the bottom of the U-shaped configuration of the flexible cutting board. Also provided is the combination of a flexible cutting board and a cutting board holder that receives and holds a flexible cutting board in the U-shaped configuration.
FOOD SCALE
A food scale comprising: a weighing surface; a bottom surface on a side of the scale opposite the weighing surface; a first bracket adjustably attachable to the bottom surface, the first bracket comprising a first lip that extends away from the bottom surface; a second bracket adjustably attachable to the bottom surface, the second bracket comprising a second lip that extends away from the bottom surface; where the first and second lips are configured to line up with and abut the sides of a cutting board when the food scale is placed on the cutting board, with the weighing surface facing upward.
Portable outdoor cooking device, system, and accessory thereof
A waste bag holder for removably positioning over a vertical side panel, the waste bag holder sized to hold a waste bag therewith. The waste bag holder includes a u-shaped structure with ends extending to first and second engaging portions. The first and second engaging portions are sized to hang and hold to the vertical side panel. Further, legs of the u-shaped structure are aligned with the respective first and second engaging portions.
Tray Assembly for a Cutting Board
A tray assembly for use with an existing cutting board to provide additional storage and space when cooking. The assembly includes at least two adjustable legs that are securable to the cutting board for either raising the cutting board above a surface or suspending the cutting board between two walls, such as a sink. One end of each leg includes a fastener, such as a C-clamp for attaching to the cutting board. The assembly further includes four trays movably secured to a plate. The plate is configured to rest beneath the cutting board when in a raised position. Each tray is positioned along a distinct sidewall of the plate and configured to extend beyond the edges of the cutting board when extended. For additional storage, a divider frame secures to each tray when in the extended position, forming an additional center tray.
Liquid collecting cutting board
A liquid collecting cutting board for collecting liquids includes a cutting board having a top side, a bottom side, a front side, a rear side, a left side, and a right side. The top side has a pair of drain apertures extending through the bottom side. The pair of drain apertures is configured to allow a liquid to pass through from the top side of the cutting board. A plurality of feet is coupled to the bottom side of the cutting board. A collector is coupled to the bottom side of the cutting board beneath the pair of drain apertures. The collector is configured to collect the liquid that passes through the pair of drain apertures.
Glueless expandable cutting board
A glue-less, configurable (and re-configurable) cutting board is presented. The configurable cutting board comprises a plurality of cutting board members that, when arranged together, interlock with each other and form a cutting board surface. The plurality of cutting board members is cinched together using tying members secured with securing flanges. This invention allows for any number of cutting board configurations using standard cutting board members without the thread of adulterating food with particles of glue. This invention further allows for easy replacement of cutting board members that are worn, broken or warped.
CUTTING BOARD THAT AIDS IN THE COLLECTION OR DISPERSAL OF PREPARED MATERIAL
A cutting board having a curved chamber wall along a side portion for collecting foodstuff in and pouring foodstuff from a chamber spaced defined by the chamber wall. The chamber wall provides a concaved top face for facilitating wiping a cutting utensil clean of foodstuff so that the wiped-off foodstuff falls toward the center of the cutting surface.
Cutting board
A cutting board defined by a body and includes a handle that is offset from the orthogonal axis of the body. The handle has a generally T-shape and includes a first grip site and a second grip site that are separated from one another by a stem defined by the body of the cutting board. The first and second grip sites are associated with dissimilar and preferably adjacent sides of the body. The handle is oriented such that, when vertically suspended from the handle via interaction with the first and second grip sites, the stem defined by the body extends along an axis that is coincident with the center of gravity of the cutting board.
