Method of manufacturing sandwich panel
The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a sandwich panel comprises the steps of: a) providing a plate-shaped assembly of a first cover part and a second cover part and between these cover parts a core part of a thermoplastic material containing a physical blowing agent, b) heating the assembly resulting from step a) under pressure between press tools in a press to a foaming temperature below the glass transition temperature of the thermoplastic material in the core part, thereby effecting adhesion of the foamed core part to the first and second cover parts c) foaming the thermoplastic material in the core part under pressure and at the foaming temperature wherein the spacing between the press tools is increased; d) a cooling step of cooling the foamed sandwich panel resulting from step c), while the sandwich panel is maintained under pressure between the press tools; e) removing the thus cooled sandwich panel from the press; and f) drying the sandwich panel thus obtained; wherein the cooling step d) comprises.a first substep d1) of cooling the foamed assembly from the foaming temperature to an intermediate temperature in the range of 70-100° C. at a first cooling rate and a second substep d2) of cooling the foamed assembly from the intermediate temperature to ambient temperature at a second cooling rate, the second cooling rate is less than the first cooling rate.
Bicycle Saddle and Bicycle Saddle Assembly
The present invention relates to a seat for providing of a seat for a person on a bicycle, including an optional support assembly for mounting of the title to the bicycle, such as including a support member for supporting by the support assembly of a seat assembly. The support member is preferably mountable or fastened to a saddle pin. The seat assembly includes a support element, fixation means for fixation of the seat assembly to the support member, buffer means, supported by the support element, for providing of a buffering all forces between the bicycle and the person, and a seat surface defined by the upper side of the buffer means. The support element provides a substantially rigid support supporting the buffer means relative to the support member, the support element in top view substantially defines the shape of this support, and the support element is arrangeable on the support member.
MUCOSAL TISSUE MODEL
A mucosal tissue model which, by being provided with a simulated blood vessel and/or a pseudo abdominal cavity layer, reproduces hemorrhages and/or perforations that become problems in actual resections and dissections better than conventional organ models.
INSULATION PANELS AND METHODS OF PREPARATION THEREOF
Insulation panels and methods of use and manufacturing are described herein. The insulation panel may comprise a polymer composite comprising a first polymer and a first filler, wherein the first filler is present in an amount of 40% to 80% by weight, based on the total weight of polymer composite, wherein the polymer composite has a closed cell structure, and wherein the polymer composite has a density of 2 pcf to 30 pcf; and a facer covering at least a portion of the polymer composite, the facer comprising a second polymer and a second filler; wherein the insulation panel has an insulation R-value per inch of at least 2.5.
COMPOSITE MEMBRANE AND PACKAGING STRUCTURE
The present disclosure relates to a composite membrane and a packaging structure. The composite membrane comprises: a carrier layer; and an information layer, wherein the information layer is disposed on one side of the carrier layer along thickness direction of the composite membrane, and the information layer further comprises a light-transmitting layer, a first pattern layer, and a second pattern layer, which are disposed along the thickness direction of the composite membrane, wherein: the first pattern layer is disposed close to the carrier layer; the light-transmitting layer is disposed on one side of the first pattern facing layer away from the carrier layer; the second pattern layer is disposed on one side of the light-transmitting layer facing away from the carrier layer, and the second pattern layer and the first pattern layer present different visual information of one multi-dimensional object.
DIAPHRAGM COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
The present application relates to the technical field of composite film, and more particularly, to a diaphragm composite material and a preparation method thereof. The diaphragm composite material includes a polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) film layer, an aluminum-plated film layer, an aerogel layer, and an elastic adhesive layer disposed between the PEN film layer and the aluminum-plated film layer for bonding the PEN film layer and the aluminum-plated film layer, the aerogel layer is coated on one side of the aluminum-plated film layer away from the elastic adhesive layer. The diaphragm composite layer of the present application has high strength and strong rigidity, has better vibration dampening and noise-reducing effects, and wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant effects, and is worthy of popularization.
OVERLAY APPLICATOR TRAY AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
An overlay applicator tray including a cradle including a device slot. The device slot is configured to securely hold an electronic device in the cradle. The overlay applicator tray also can include an overlay applicator. The overlay applicator can include an overlay layer and an adhesive release liner. The overlay layer can include a top side and a bottom side. The bottom side is configured to be adhered to a screen of the electronic device. The adhesive release liner is removably attached to the bottom side of the overlay layer. The overlay applicator tray additionally can include an alignment piece coupling the cradle to the overlay applicator. The alignment piece aligns the overlay layer of the overlay applicator with the screen as the overlay layer is applied to the screen when the electronic device is securely held in the device slot. The overlay applicator tray further can include a first pull tab on the adhesive release liner. The first pull tab is configured to be pulled to remove the adhesive release liner from the bottom side of the overlay layer and expose an adhesive of the overlay layer. Other embodiments are described.
