The support includes a first part including a first through hole extending from the cavity, and a second part extending in a downward direction from the first part and including a second through hole extending from the cavity. A first distance between a first inner surface of the first part and a first outer surface of the first part is less than a second distance between a second inner surface of the second part and a second outer surface of the second part. The first inner surface of the first part and the second inner surface of the second part form the cavity.

A laminating apparatus for improving the uniformity of the thickness of a resulting laminate to improve the yield of products such as laminates is provided. A pressing device includes: a first press block movable back and forth; a second press block disposed in opposed relation to the first press block; a first pressing plate mounted to the inside of the first press block; and a second pressing plate mounted to the inside of the second press block. The first pressing plate and the second pressing plate are opposed to each other. A surface of the first pressing plate which is opposed to the second pressing plate has a peripheral portion formed into a tapered surface in such a manner that the distance from the second pressing plate increases in an outward direction.

The box includes: a base provided with a level adjuster and a lower buffer member supported by the level adjuster. A bonding device and a bonding method for an irregular-shaped curved cover plate and a flexible screen are disclosed. The bonding device includes: a support body supporting the flexible screen; and a bonding body supporting the flexible screen together with the support body and pressing the flexible screen. The bonding body has a cylindrical shape. A cross-sectional shape of the bonding body along an axial direction matches with a cross-sectional shape of the irregular-shaped curved cover plate. The support body is located at a radial end of the bonding body. The bonding body can be expanded along the axial direction, to have opposite sides thereof abutted against the arc hook areas.

This invention relates to a functional textile manufacturing system. This system uses weaving equipment, dyeing and finishing equipment, shaping equipment, evaporation equipment, lamination equipment, roll adhesion equipment and printing equipment for production. Weaving equipment, dyeing and finishing equipment and shaping equipment are used for weaving, dyeing, washing and shaping to process low-cost polyester fibers into shaped fabric. Then, the evaporation equipment is used to evaporate a metal onto a plane release film to form a metal evaporation release film, and the lamination equipment, roll adhesion equipment and printing equipment are used to laminate the shaped fabric and the metal evaporation release film and to adhere a printed layer on the functional thin film. Such a manufacturing system can produce laundry resistant unconventional material antimicrobial protective fabric that features special temperature control, antimicrobial, waterproof, breathable, scratch resistant properties, as well as comfortable feeling.

An autonomous application machine installs screen protectors on mobile devices, such as cell phones. The machine has an enclosure with an interior. A cleaning station has a cleaning implement to contact a screen of the mobile device. A magazine carries a plurality of screen protectors. A lamination station has an applicator to place a screen protector from the magazine on the screen of the mobile device. A vision inspection station has a light source and a camera to initially visually inspect the screen of mobile device prior to cleaning in the cleaning station and to verify that the screen is undamaged and free of an existing screen protector; and subsequently visually inspect the screen protector on the mobile device after installation in the lamination station and to verify that the screen protector has been properly installed.

Devices, methods and systems disclosed herein relate to the application of a protective film on a surface of an electronic device that instantly reduces air bubbles and eliminates the waiting time usually required when using a wet fluid solution. In one embodiment, a roller device may include a carriage or housing and one or more rollers coupled or integrated with the housing, configured to apply a protective material to a surface of the electronic device in a first orientation, and configured to function as a device stand in a second orientation. In addition or alternatively, a roller guide apparatus and/or a wedge may be utilized to assist the roller device in applying the protective material to the surface of the electronic device.
