METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COVERING BOXES
A box laminating machine with two rubbing-down devices that lie opposite of one another with respect to the box to be covered, wherein each rubbing-down device has a counter-holder that plunges into the box and a rubbing-down element that sweeps over the wall to be covered, which is supported against the counter-holder. The rubbing-down operation of opposing walls takes place successively, wherein a movement of the box relative to the counter-holder takes place perpendicular to the wall to be rubbed down.

This disclosure relates a screen protector applicator that comprises a tray and two guide insert pins. The tray comprises a frame with an accommodating groove for accommodating a device, the frame includes two oppositely arranged long sides and two oppositely arranged short sides, surrounding the accommodating groove. Each guide insert pin comprises a connecting plate and a guide protrusion, wherein the connecting plate is slidably connected to the frame, the guide protrusion comprises a first protrusion, the first protrusion is fixedly connected to the connecting plate, the first protrusion is provided with a first inclined surface, the first inclined surface faces away from the accommodating groove, and the first inclined surface is inclined in a downward direction. With the above arrangement, two ends of a screen protector each can be gradually flatly attached to the device by pulling away the two guide insert pins.

A method for laminating a protective screen onto a flexible display support, notably an electronic tile, includes the following steps bringing a protective screen and a display support progressively into contact by using an elastically deformable punch until a maximum area of contact between the protective screen and the display support is achieved in a configuration in which the assembly formed by the protective screen and the display support is fully laminated. The external surface of the punch has a three-dimensional shape substantially equal to that of the display support.
LAMINATING DEVICE, LAMINATING METHOD AND DISPLAY DEVICE
The present disclosure discloses a laminating device, a laminating method, and a display device. The laminating device is configured to laminate a flexible member to be laminated to a curved receiving member. The laminating device includes a gasbag. The gasbag includes an elastic housing configured for receiving gas medium. The elastic housing includes a carrying portion and a clamping portion which are connected to each other. The carrying portion is configured to carry the flexible member to be laminated. The elastic housing is provided with a plurality of first apertures. When a gas pressure in the elastic housing reaches a first preset pressure, the gas medium is released to outside of the elastic housing through the first apertures. This design can avoid a bad laminating caused by an improper adjustment of laminating pressure.

A sheet separation device includes a rotator, a nipping member to nip the two-ply sheet with the rotator, a first conveyor to convey the two-ply sheet in a first direction toward the rotator and a second direction reverse thereto, a winding member to wind the two-ply sheet around the rotator, a second conveyor to convey a sheet medium in the second direction, a separation claw to move in a width direction; a sheet guide to guide the separated two sheets to different passages; and control circuitry. The first conveyor conveys the two-ply sheet to the rotator with a bonded portion at an upstream end. The control circuitry inserts the separation claw into a space between the two sheets, adjusts a projection amount of the two-ply sheet from a nip of the first conveyor in the second direction, and inserts the sheet medium in two-ply sheet adjusted in the projection amount.

An apparatus for manufacturing a display device includes a first jig including a mount surface that is partially curved to conform to a surface of a cover window, a second jig including a surface conforming to the mount surface and configured to contact a panel member, and a driving unit.

The present invention provides a tool 1 for curing a composite component, the tool comprising a lay-up surface 8 for laying-up layers of an uncured composite component, a cover assembly 9 for moving in relation to the lay-up surface to cover a layed-up uncured composite component on the lay-up surface, the cover assembly comprising a sealable cover for sealing around the uncured composite component on the lay-up surface to form a sealed zone, and a vacuum port 25 for providing a vacuum to the sealed zone, wherein the tool further comprises at least one heating element 15, 53 within the sealed zone for heating the uncured composite component. The invention also provides a method of manufacturing a composite component and a composite component. The composite component may form at least part of a piece of aircraft furniture, such as an aircraft seat shell.
