The present disclosure relates to a laminating method and device for a display module, a display module and an electronic device. The laminating method includes steps of: laminating a second panel on a first surface of a first panel, and positioning the second panel relative to the first panel; and coating a bonding adhesive on a side surface of the second panel along an outer circumference of the second panel and curing the bonding adhesive to form a sealing frame adhesive on an outer circumference side of the second panel and the first surface of the first panel, so that the first panel and the second panel are bonded and fixed by the sealing frame adhesive, wherein a gap defined by the sealing frame adhesive, the first panel and the second panel is in a negative pressure state.

ABSORPTIVE NEEDLE-PUNCHED LAYER COMPOSITE

A layer composite is a sandwich structure, in which a PUR foam layer is needle-punched with two nonwovens.

Retroreflective article comprising locally-laminated reflective layers

A retroreflective article including a binder layer and a plurality of retroreflective elements. Each retroreflective element includes a transparent microsphere partially embedded in the binder layer. At least some of the retroreflective elements include a reflective layer that is a locally-laminated reflective layer that is embedded between the transparent microsphere and the binder layer. At least some of the locally-laminated reflective layers may be localized reflective layers.

Laundry-resistant heterogeneous-material antimicrobial protective fabric manufacturing system
20220184925 · 2022-06-16 ·

This invention relates to a functional textile manufacturing system. This system uses weaving equipment, dyeing and finishing equipment, shaping equipment, evaporation equipment, lamination equipment, roll adhesion equipment and printing equipment for production. Weaving equipment, dyeing and finishing equipment and shaping equipment are used for weaving, dyeing, washing and shaping to process low-cost polyester fibers into shaped fabric. Then, the evaporation equipment is used to evaporate a metal onto a plane release film to form a metal evaporation release film, and the lamination equipment, roll adhesion equipment and printing equipment are used to laminate the shaped fabric and the metal evaporation release film and to adhere a printed layer on the functional thin film. Such a manufacturing system can produce laundry resistant unconventional material antimicrobial protective fabric that features special temperature control, antimicrobial, waterproof, breathable, scratch resistant properties, as well as comfortable feeling.

Pad of dispensable tape segments
11358822 · 2022-06-14 ·

A pad of dispensable adhesive tape segments is shown and described. The pad includes a protective envelope and a number of tape segments. The tape segments are arrayed such that detachable pull tabs for each are exposed for grasp. The envelope may include a strip folded over onto itself and adhered in place. The envelope is pulled open and may be adhered to an environmental surface. Tape segments have adhesive of weaker adherence than the adhesive of the envelope so that when pulled by a pull tab, each tape segment preferentially releases from the next, but the envelope maintains adherence to the environmental surface. Adhesive lined tabs initially holding the envelope closed may also be used for adherence to the environmental surface. Preferably used for medical tape, the envelope is waterproof to maintain sterility of tape segments.
