Method of manufacturing a flexible display substrate and process film for manufacturing a flexible display substrate
A method of manufacturing a flexible display substrate using a process film and a process film for manufacturing a flexible display substrate are provided. The method of manufacturing the flexible display substrate using the process film is as follows. A base layer for the flexible display substrate is prepared on a glass substrate. A packaging process is performed on the base layer to form a plurality of cells which are spaced apart from one another at a predetermined distance. The base layer is covered with the process film, after forming the plurality of cells. The base layer is separated from the glass substrate, while the base layer is laminated to the process film. The base layer is cut along each cell to form a plurality of flexible display substrates. Accordingly, the method of manufacturing the flexible display substrate using the process film is provided to improve the convenience of a manufacturing process and the reliability of the manufactured flexible display substrate by manufacturing the plurality of display substrates using the process film.
METHOD FOR FABRICATING MICROFLUIDIC STRUCTURES
A method for fabricating microfluidic structures is provided. The method includes: a belt is provided and an adhesion layer is formed on at least one surface of the belt; the belt is cut for forming a first microfluidic channel thereon, wherein the first microfluidic channel has an accommodating space; a second microfluidic channel is provided, wherein a line-width of the second microfluidic channel is smaller than a line-width of the first microfluidic channel; the second microfluidic channel is disposed in the accommodating space of the first microfluidic channel; and a substrate is adhered to the belt via the adhesion layer.
Asphalt shingle, roof covering therewith and method of making the same with synchronized adhesive positioning thereon
A method of making the asphalt shingles includes applying a substrate to a layer of shingle-forming material, the substrate having indicators at predetermined spaced-apart distances, with the indicators being sensed as the shingle-forming layer is moved along a predetermined path, with adhesive zones being applied to the shingle such that the application of the adhesive zones is synchronized in response to sensing the locations of the indicators, and with the shingle-forming layer then being cut into individual shingles.
Manufacturing process for integrated computational elements
Disclosed are methods of fabricating an integrated computational element for use in an optical computing device. One method includes providing a substrate that has a first surface and a second surface substantially opposite the first surface, depositing multiple optical thin films on the first and second surfaces of the substrate via a thin film deposition process, and thereby generating a multilayer film stack device, cleaving the substrate to produce at least two optical thin film stacks, and securing one or more of the at least two optical thin film stacks to a secondary optical element for use as an integrated computational element (ICE).
Method for producing a floorboard
A method for producing a floorboard having a topside veneer includes forming a multilayer body which includes a starting carrier plate, a plurality of veneers placed on the starting carrier plate so that a gap is formed between neighboring ones of the veneers, a resin layer comprising a resin provided between the starting carrier plate and the veneers, and a balancing layer arranged on a bottom side of the starting carrier plate; joining the starting carrier plate, the resin layer, the veneers and the balancing layer by pressing the multilayer body in a press; separating the multilayer body into individual boards between the neighboring veneers in a region of the gap; profiling the individual boards at side borders of the boards; and providing the individual boards with joining means.
RIGID BOARD PLASTIC FLOORING AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD
The invention relates to a rigid board plastic flooring comprising a wear layer, a decoration layer, a first connecting layer and a bottom layer which are connected in sequence, and also relates to the production method thereof. The bottom layer of the flooring is prepared using extrusion molding without adding plasticizer. The product is therefore more environmentally friendly. The edge of the click product is not easily damaged during storage and transportation as the bottom layer comprises a plastic hard board and the strength of the click profile is strong.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FIBER REINFORCED RESIN MATERIAL AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING FIBER REINFORCED RESIN MATERIAL
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a fiber reinforced resin material, the method including an opening step of opening an elongated fiber bundle to be widened in a width direction thereof to be put into a flat state; and a heat setting step of heat-setting the opened fiber bundle in the flat state by heating. In addition, the present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a fiber reinforced resin material containing a plurality of fiber bundles and a resin, the apparatus including an opening section that opens an elongated fiber bundle to be widened in a width direction thereof to be put into a flat state; and a heat setting section that heat-sets the opened fiber bundle in the flat state by heating.

A method for producing polymer coated steel sheet for 3-piece cans and 3-piece cans produced thereof.
Helmet impact attenuation article
An impact attenuation system comprises an aluminum honeycomb sheet having a top surface and a bottom surface. The aluminum honeycomb sheet defines a plurality of approximately hexagonally shaped cells. The bottom surface defines a single sheet of contiguous cells and the top surface defines two or more islands of contiguous cells separated by one or more slits. At least a portion of one or both of the top surface and bottom surface may be covered by a polymer skin. The polymer skin may comprise carbon fibers and/or fiberglass.
