Overlapping Production Method Using Common Rolled Material
An overlap production method of using standard coiled material, comprising the steps of: selecting a standard coiled material, designing a pattern, laser cutting according to the design pattern, cutting or reserving spaces for inserting drawn strips, forming by staggering and overlapping each layer of standard coiled material, and inserting partial materials of a standard coiled material layer into an adjacent standard coiled material and fixing it with the partial materials of the adjacent standard coiled material, or inserting the drawn strips into the spaces reserved in each layer, and combining the composition and the base clothing to make a product. The present invention produces the product with the above production method by using standard coiled materials instead of thread or strip materials, which not only achieves the goal of higher production efficiency and lower cost, but also makes the finished products have a new staggered material effect.

A method of producing a CF board and an array board includes: a separation film forming process for forming resin substrates on the separation films; a thin film component forming process for forming TFTs and color filters that axe thin film components on the resin removals of fee resin substrates; a determining process for determining whether levels of adhesion between the separation films and the resin substrates are high or low based on image data obtained through capturing of images of the separation films, and a removing process for removing the resin substrates from the supporting substrates if the levels of adhesion are determined low in the determining process.
ADHESIVE BONDING COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF USE
A method of and system for adhesive bonding by a) providing a polymerizable adhesive composition on a surface of an element to be bonded to form an assembly; b) irradiating the assembly with radiation at a first wavelength capable of vulcanization of bonds in the polymerizable adhesive composition by activation of sulfur-containing compound with at least one selected from x-ray, e-beam, visible, or infrared light to thereby generate ultraviolet light in the polymerizable adhesive composition; and c) adhesively joining two or more components together by way of the polymerizable adhesive composition, and a curable polymer for use therein.
Security element and method for producing the same
The present invention relates to a security element for a security paper, a valuable article or the like having a substrate (1), the substrate being at least partially furnished with a coating (2) that is substantially tack free at room temperature, and the coating (2) including at least one radiation-crosslinkable component.
MASK FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF CORROSION SENSOR
A method of manufacturing a sensor (1), such as a corrosion sensor, a mask including a series of masking elements (21, 22, 23) for masking a corresponding series of sensing elements (12, 13, 14), a sensing element having such a mask and a sensor are provided. The sensor (1) includes a number of metallic strips (12, 13, 14) mounted on a non-conducting substrate (9) and a module (3) for forming electrical connections to the strips whereby to enable communication between the strips (12, 13, 14) and monitoring equipment for the sensor (1). The module includes a number of wire connections (15, 16, 17, 18) and the method includes the steps of encapsulating the wire connections within a flexible chemical and heat resistant sealing compound and subsequently encapsulating the flexible sealing compound within a second sealing compound by an injection moulding process. The sensing elements (12, 13, 14) are covered by the masking elements (21, 22, 23) prior painting the sensor (1) with a corrosion-inhibiting paint. The masking elements (21, 22, 23) are made of a material allowing only weak adherence of paint in order to have sharp paint edges around the sensing elements (12, 13, 14). Sharp edges allow the corrosion-inhibiting agents to leach onto the sensing elements (12, 13, 14).
Method of manufacturing a device
Provided is a device in which the metal content existing in a joining interface is controlled. A manufacturing method for the device comprises: a step in which the surfaces of a first substrate and a second substrate are activated using a FAB gun; a step in which a plurality of metals are discharged by using the FAB gun to sputter a discharged metal body comprising the plurality of metals, and the plurality of metals are affixed to the surfaces of the first substrate and the second substrate; a step in which the first substrate and the second substrate are joined at room temperature; and a step in which heating is performed at a temperature that is high in comparison to the agglomeration start temperature of the plurality of metals and of the elements that constitute the first substrate or the second substrate. With regards to the step in which the plurality of metals are affixed, the density of the plurality of metals existing on the joining interface of the first substrate and the second substrate is set to 1×10.sup.12/cm.sup.2 or less by adjusting the exposure area of the discharged metal body.
