The floor has an upper surface and an oppositely opposed lower surface. Each of the plurality of side wall panels has an exterior surface and an oppositely opposed interior surface. The end wall panel has an exterior surface and an oppositely opposed interior surface. Each of the floor, the plurality of side wall panels, and the end wall panel being formed of a composite sandwich panel material formed of an open area core defining a plurality of pores, a surface sheet adhered to a first face of the open area core by a first adhesive layer, and a structural skin adhered to a second face of the open area core by a second adhesive layer.
A VACCUM-SEALABLE PLASTIC POUCH
A naturally degradable vacuum-sealable plastic bag, comprising a bag body, which is composed of layers compounded from a plurality of film layers (1, 2, 3), wherein a receiving cavity is formed in the middle of the bag body, which can be used for storing food, wherein at least one of the layers of film comprises a prodegradant material, wherein polyethylene is contained in the film material for preparing and manufacturing said multiple layers, wherein the added amount of prodegradant material is approximately 5% by weight of the polyethylene.
Multi-layer thermal insulation blanket, operation methods and uses thereof
The present disclosure relates to a multi-layer thermal insulation blanket, designed to protect the upper body, having as characteristics retaining the heat emitted by the patient and reusing it to keep the patient warm, namely to control or prevent Inadvertent Perioperative Hypothermia during surgery proceedings in the operating room.
PLEATABLE NONWOVEN
The disclosure relates to a pleatable nonwoven fabric including greater than 50% by weight of a majority polymer component, based on total weight of the fabric, and a minority polymer component, wherein there is a difference of at least 10° C. in melting point between the majority polymer component and the minority polymer component, and wherein the fabric is arranged in layers with a first layer, a second layer, and a mid-layer positioned between the first layer and the second layer, and wherein the top layer and the bottom layer comprise a plurality of bicomponent fibers comprising both the majority polymer component and the minority polymer component; and wherein the mid-layer comprises monocomponent fibers constructed from either the majority polymer component or the minority polymer component. A method of making the pleatable nonwoven fabric is also provided.
A METHOD FOR IMPROVING DURABILITY AND WEATHERABILITY OF TIMBER BY ENGINEERING LAYERS
The invention relates to a method of manufacturing high durability timber product, the method comprising: a) selecting a durable substrate timber; b) selecting a veneer of high-performance timber; and c) gluing the veneer of high-performance timber to the face of the durable substrate 5 timber, wherein the resulting manufactured high durability timber product is suitable for long-term use in exterior applications at a lower cost than that of the same thickness timber product if made of high-performance timber alone.
AIRBAG MULTILAYER COMPLEX AND AIRBAG
It is provided an airbag multilayer complex excellent in flexibility and durability by controlling adhesion between an adhesive layer and a base fabric to a predetermined range, and an airbag using it. This disclosure is an airbag multilayer complex comprising a base fabric and a multilayer film including an outer layer and an adhesive layer that is bonded to one surface of the base fabric. The adhesive strength of the interface between the multilayer film and the base fabric is 5 N/cm or more, the difference in loop stiffness between the airbag multilayer complex and the base fabric is 130 mN/cm or less, the adhesive layer contains a first resin having a hydrogen-bonding capacity, and the difference in Hansen solubility parameter (ΔHSP) between the base fabric and the first resin is 5 MPa.sup.0.5 or less.
Windows With Molded Layers of Polished Glass
A vehicle or other system may have windows. The windows may be formed by laminating together molded sheets of polished float glass. Sheets of float glass may be polished on one side, leaving an opposing side unpolished. Following polishing, the sheets may be placed in a molding tool. The molding tool may mold the polished sheets into a desired shape such as a shape characterized by curved surfaces. The curved surfaces may include surfaces of compound curvature. Lamination equipment may use polymer to laminate first and second molded sheets of polished glass together with their polished sides facing outwardly away from each other. Light modulators and/or other electrically adjustable layers may be incorporated into the windows.
Interlayers comprising polyesteramide compositions
The present application discloses interlayers comprising novel polyesteramides comprising diols with tunable properties based on the monomers and monomer ratios used to prepare the polyesteramides and varying the reaction conditions. The interlayers have improved properties and can be used in many different applications.
