Planar ring for messages proximate a drain
A planar ring for messages proximate a drain stopper decorative device has a flat, wide shape. The ring has a top surface and an opposite bottom surface. The visible top surface has an outer edge upon its perimeter. The outer edge spans from the top surface to the bottom surface. Inwardly from the outer edge, the ring has a band with a width. The band's width falls within from about 10/32 inch to about inch. Inwardly from the band, the ring has its inner edge of a constant radius lesser than the outer edge. Within the inner edge, the ring has an aperture that admits a stopper. The two edges attain a perpendicular orientation to the two surfaces. The ring has a multiple layer construction with a smooth transparent layer at the top surface upon an ink layer upon a substrate with a releasable adhesive layer.
Wash basin being transformable to be particularly adapted for wound irrigation
A hospital-grade basin holds water for washing patients, or alternatively converts easily/quickly for a patient's limb to rest comfortably within and across a portion of the basin. In a first embodiment, half-moon shaped openings on opposite sides of the basin side wall(s) comfortably support the limb at a reduced height with respect to adjacent side wall portions, which serve as a partial shield during wound irrigation, and aid fluid collection. The shaped openings may each be sealed with a hinged door in a closed position, using a friction fit, to form the traditional, watertight basin. In an alternate embodiment, the doors may be secured in the closed position using an elastomeric leaf-spring-shaped member. In other embodiments, rather than cutouts and doors, opposing portions of the side wall may instead be formed of an over-molded elastomeric material that conforms to the patient's limb, or may instead be formed like a bellows.

MOBILE SINK ASSEMBLY
The present invention is directed to a mobile sink assembly including a container partitioned into two compartments with an overflow aperture in a dividing wall providing fluid communication between an upper compartment and a lower compartment. There is a first trap in the top opening of the upper compartment and a second trap positionable below the first trap. There is a riser and valve assembly coupled to the draining aperture in the first trap and configured to control a flow of liquid from the first trap. There is a pump that pumps fluid from the lower compartment to the first trap. In this way water recirculates through the traps while particulate matter is retained in the first and second traps.
Method of making an engineered composite material and products produced therefrom
A method of making an article includes mixing a filler material and a polymer matrix material to produce a composite material, introducing the composite material produced by the mixing into a mold of a desired shape, and removing an article having the desired shape from the mold. The resulting article has a water absorption of less than about one percent and the filler material comprises vitreous china.
Lavatory system with hand dryer
A lavatory system including a countertop and a first hand washing station is provided. The first hand washing station includes a basin supported by the countertop and a faucet supported by the countertop. The lavatory system also includes a hand dryer including a housing supported by the countertop. The housing defines a cavity in which a user's hands are inserted during drying, and a motor configured to generate blown air which is supplied to the cavity. The housing is located such that the user's hands may be inserted into the cavity without the user leaving the first hand washing station.
