R.sup.1 has at least one functional group Q.sub.1 selected from a group containing a hydroxy-, amino, monoalkylamino, carboxy, mercapto, alkoxy, aldehyde, acrylic, acryloxy, methacrylic, methacryloxy, cyano, isocyano and epoxide group, R.sup.2 is a non-hydrolyzable organic moiety selected from the group including alkyl, aryl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, and cycloalkenyl; A is 0, 1, 2, or 3. B is 1, 2, 3, or 4.
SHOOTING COLOR-CHANGING TARGET PAPER AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a shooting color-changing target paper and a manufacturing process thereof, comprising a substrate paper layer, a BOPP optical film layer which is provided above the substrate paper layer and a UV-printing ink layer which is provided above the BOPP optical film layer. The manufacturing process comprises: S1: preparing a substrate; S2: attaching a BOPP optical film; S3: placing the substrate on a printing device; S4: printing a target paper pattern; S5: curing with a UV lamp; and S6: packaging a finished product. According to the present disclosure, the BOPP optical film layer is attached to the substrate paper and then the target paper pattern is printed on the optical film through UV without repeated printing. By drying and curing the ink through the UV lamp, the produced target paper may be immediately packaged for use without ventilation and drying, resulting in a higher production efficiency.
LAMINATED MULTI-PLY TISSUE PRODUCTS WITH IMPROVED SOFTNESS AND PLY BONDING
Products having improved ply bonding, moldability and drape and methods for making those products are described. The methods comprise producing a multiply adhesively bonded product comprising a pattern of uniformly spaced microembossed elements with a bond area of less than about 0.020 inches/sq. inch.
Biodegradable cellulose fiber-based substrate, its manufacturing process, and use in an adhesive tape
A biodegradable cellulose fiber-based substrate, at least one side of which is coated with a release coating including: a) at least one water-soluble polymer (WSP) containing hydroxyl groups, and b) at least one lactone substituted with at least one linear or branched and/or cyclic C.sub.8-C.sub.30 hydrocarbon chain which may contain heteroatoms. The biodegradable substrate is certified biodegradable in accordance with EN 13432. A method of production thereof is also disclosed.
Foil laminate intermediate and method of manufacturing
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a metal foil laminate which may be used for example to produce an antenna for a radio frequency (RFID) tag, electronic circuit, photovoltaic module or the like. A web of material is provided to at least one cutting station in which a first pattern is generated in the web of material. A further cutting may occur to create additional modifications in order to provide additional features for the intended end use of the product. The cutting may be performed by a laser either alone or in combinations with other cutting technologies.
EMBOSSED PAPER IN COMBINATION WITH PAPER CUSHIONING FOR SHIPPING ENVELOPES
According to some illustrative embodiments, a protective product is provided that includes: at least one expandable slit paper sheet, said at least on expandable slit paper being expanded between opposing ends of said slit paper; a first embossed paper sheet facing said expanded slit paper sheet and a second paper sheet facing an opposite side of said at least one expanded slit paper sheet, at least one of said first embossed paper sheet and said second paper sheet being fixed to said expanded slit paper sheet at the opposing ends of said expanded slit paper sheet and thereby maintaining said expanded paper in its expanded state, said first embossed paper sheet having a plurality of embossings that increase the rigidity of said embossed paper sheet, whereby inhibiting deformation of said embossed paper sheet that is fixed to said expanded slit sheet paper.
Composite label and method of making
A method for making labels comprising providing a plastic substrate layer and a paper substrate layer. The paper substrate layer comprises a printed display information sheet, wherein the printed display information sheet comprises a plurality of display information tags arranged in an array. The plastic substrate layer is coupled to each of the rows of display information tags within a first portion of the display information tags to form a composite substrate row. A first line of perforations is cut into a width of the composite substrate at one or more first spaced intervals, a length of the first spaced intervals being defined by a length of the display information tags. A a second line of perforations is cut into a width of the composite substrate at one or more second spaced intervals, a length of the second spaced intervals being defined by a height of the display information tags.
