ROOF COVER BOARD DERIVED FROM ENGINEERED RECYCLED CONTENT
Disclosed herein is an improved cover board product with a panel comprising a top surface layer comprised of paper or a fiberglass web; a bottom surface layer comprised of paper, a fiberglass web, nylon film, polyester film, polypropene film, or textiles; and a core layer comprised of paper and thermoplastic fragments connected by a thermoplastic bonding resin. The thermoplastic bonding resin is in a random pattern to less than 100% of the paper and thermoplastic fragment surface area.
LAMINATED PANE WITH A HOLOGRAPHIC ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A laminated pane includes first and second panes, a layer stack arranged therebetween including a first thermoplastic intermediate layer, a separating layer, a photopolymer layer with at least one holographic element, a carrier layer, and a second thermoplastic intermediate layer, wherein the photopolymer layer has a thickness of 5 μm to 50 μm, the carrier layer contains polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene (PE), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), polyamide (PA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and/or cellulose triacetate (TAC) and has a thickness of 20 μm to 100 μm, wherein the carrier layer is arranged directly adjacent the photopolymer layer, and the separating layer contains polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and/or polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and has a thickness of 10 μm to 300 μm.

PANEL AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING PANELS
A panel may include at a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate. The top layer may include a motif and a transparent or translucent synthetic material layer provided above the motif. The motif may be a print formed by digitally applying inks on the substrate with the intermediary of one or more primer layers extending underneath the print. The transparent or translucent synthetic material layer may include polypropylene and have a thickness of less than 1 millimeter.
ETHYLENE-BASED THERMOPLASTIC ROOFING MEMBRANES
A thermoplastic roofing membrane comprising a planar thermoplastic sheet, optionally having more than one layer, where at least one layer of the membrane includes an ethylene-based olefinic block copolymer.
Engineered waterproof plastic composite flooring and wall covering planks
Waterproof engineered floor and wall planks have a veneer layer bonded with a plastic composite core, and an underlayer, preferably an underlayer of cork.
Printable film
An extruded multilayer film includes a top layer comprising a blend of a polyolefin and adsorbent silica. The adsorbent silica is 5% or more of the blend and the polyolefin is 95% or less of the blend. The multilayer film is oriented in at least one direction to cause fracturing of the top layer to provide a microporous surface exposing the adsorbent silica gel. The fractured top layer is receptive to receiving a printing ink on an exposed surface thereof with enhanced pigment entrapment and rapid ink drying. A single layer film in the form of the top layer, and also oriented in at least one direction also constitutes a part of this invention.
SPORTS BOARDS WITH RECLAIMED STRUCTURES
A sports board incorporating reclaimed/reused sports board materials, and a method of making a such a sports board, allows for incorporation of portions of used (recycled) composite sports boards (or waste from the manufacture thereof) into new sports boards. This lessens the accumulation of composite sports board waste in the global environment, reduces the quantity of new virgin materials needed in the manufacture of new composite sports boards, and lessens the environmental impact of composite sports board manufacture and use. Optionally, the reclaimed sports board material may be incorporated into a new sports board in a manner providing structural enhancements (e.g., increased regional stiffness) to new sports boards. This may allow for structural enhancement while avoiding a significant increase in sports board weight, by incorporating used composite materials into new composite sports boards.
MULTILAYER POLYMER SHEETS
Multilayer polymer sheets are provided, as well as related methods, systems, and appliances.
FLOOR PANEL
A floor panel has a rectangular and oblong shape, and includes a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate and forming a decorative side of the floor panel. The top layer is composed of a print provided on a carrier sheet and a transparent thermoplastic layer situated above the print. The substrate has a thickness from 2 to 10 millimeter and forms at least half of the thickness of the floor panel. The substrate is a polyurethane-based substrate and the transparent thermoplastic layer is polyurethane-based. The floor panel has a length of more than 1.1 meters and has a plurality of reinforcing layers situated outside the center line of the substrate. A reinforcing layer may be provided in combination with the substrate and the top layer.
