In one embodiment, an organic semiconductor device comprises: a first glass sheet comprising a first ultra-thin flexible glass material; at least one transparent organic photovoltaic cell bound to the first glass sheet; and a second glass sheet applied to the at least one organic photovoltaic cell, wherein the at least one transparent organic photovoltaic cell is positioned between the first glass sheet and the second glass sheet.

The invention relates to a gas barrier film laminate comprising at least two gas barrier films and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the at least two gas barrier films being stacked through the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, at least one of the at least two gas barrier films including a base formed of a plastic film, and at least one gas barrier layer provided on the base, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer being a layer formed using a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composition that includes a rubber-based compound. The invention also relates to an electronic member comprising the gas barrier film laminate. The gas barrier film laminate exhibits a high water vapor barrier capability, and does not show interfacial lifting at the end thereof.

Disclosed are a sealing material for solar cell modules and a manufacturing method thereof capable of endowing good transparency and heat resistance to the sealing material for solar cell modules while using a polyethylene-based resin. The disclosed sealing material for solar cell modules uses a polyethylene-based resin with a density of 0.900 g/cm3 or less, and an MFR between 0.1 g/10 min and 1.0 g/10 min. The sealing material is obtained by melt molding a resin composition containing a polyethylene-based resin with density 0.890 g/cm3 or less, and a polymerization initiator contained at 0.02 mass % or more but less than 0.5 mass % of the composition, wherein the density difference of the resin composition before and after the melt molding is within 0.05 g/cm3, and the MFR difference of the resin composition before and after the melt molding is 1.0 g/10 min or greater.

The present invention relates to a dye-sensitized solar cell including a working electrode (1), a first conducting layer (3) for extracting photo-generated electrons from the working electrode, a porous insulation substrate (4) made of a microfibers, wherein the first conducting layer is a porous conducting layer formed on one side of the porous insulation substrate, a counter electrode including a second conducting layer (2) arranged on the opposite side of the porous substrate, and electrolyte for transferring electrons from the counter electrode to the working electrode. The porous insulation substrate comprises a layer (5) of woven microfibers and a layer (6) of non-woven microfibers disposed on the layer of woven microfibers. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a dye-sensitized solar cell.

INTERCONNECTED CORRUGATED CARBON-BASED NETWORK

An interconnected corrugated carbon-based network comprising a plurality of expanded and interconnected carbon layers is disclosed. In one embodiment, each of the expanded and interconnected carbon layers is made up of at least one corrugated carbon sheet that is one atom thick. In another embodiment, each of the expanded and interconnected carbon layers is made up of a plurality of corrugated carbon sheets that are each one atom thick. The interconnected corrugated carbon-based network is characterized by a high surface area with highly tunable electrical conductivity and electrochemical properties.

Double glass module

A double glass module, including a front panel glass (10), a first adhesive film (20), a solar cell pack group (30), a second adhesive film (40), aluminum foil (50), a third adhesive film (60) and a rear panel glass (70) successively stacked. The aluminum foil is added in front of the rear panel glass of a double glass module, and since the aluminum foil has a high light reflectivity, the reflection effect for transmitted light energy is improved, so that the power of the double glass module is significantly enhanced. Meanwhile, since the aluminum foil has a better heat conductivity, the heat generated by the solar cell pack group can be conducted and dissipated in time, so that the temperature of the double glass module is reduced in time, thereby reducing a temperature coefficient impact factor, and prolonging a daily mean efficient power output time of the double glass module.

Multilayer fluoropolymer films

A multilayer fluoropolymer film comprising, in order: a first layer comprising a first polymer, the first polymer comprising at least 35 mol percent tetrafluoroethylene comonomer, at least 15 mole percent vinylidene fluoride comonomer, and at least 5 mol percent hexafluoropropylene comonomer, based on the total mol percent of the first polymer; a second layer comprising a second polymer, the second polymer comprising at least 50 mol percent vinylidene fluoride comonomer, based on the total mol percent of the second polymer; and a third layer comprising a third polymer, the third polymer comprising at least 50 mol percent methylmethacrylate comonomer, based on the total mol percent of the third polymer. The multilayer fluoroplymer films are useful for example, in multi-layer film applications (e.g., traffic sign protection, commercial graphic protection, paint protection, windows, windshields, building exteriors, and photo voltaics).
