The present invention relates to a device (10) for delivering a fluid, in particular a cleaning, care or disinfecting fluid for hands, comprising a housing (12) which encloses a cavity (14) into which a container (18) for holding the fluid can be installed, and forms an outer housing surface (28), a pump and metering unit (20), which can be connected or is connected to the housing (12), which can be connected in a detachable manner to the container (18), and with which the fluid can be pumped out of the container (18) and delivered, comprises a monitoring unit (54), with which device-related and/or user-related data can be collected and stored, and a display (76) interacting with the monitoring unit (54) for entering and displaying the user-related data and/or the device-related data. The invention also relates to a system for monitoring such a device (10.sub.2).

FOAMING SOAP DISPENSERS

Various dispensing devices, such as foaming soap pumps, are disclosed. The soap pump can include a fluid storage unit and a fluid handling unit. The fluid storage unit can include a reservoir that is configured to hold a quantity of product, such as liquid soap. The fluid handling unit can include a pumping assembly and dispensing assembly. The soap pump can be configured to withdraw liquid soap from the reservoir, convert the liquid soap to foamed soap, and dispense the foamed soap from the discharge assembly.

Various dispensing devices, such as foaming soap pumps, are disclosed. The soap pump can include a fluid storage unit and a fluid handling unit. The fluid storage unit can include a reservoir that is configured to hold a quantity of product, such as liquid soap. The fluid handling unit can include a pumping assembly and dispensing assembly. REFILLING SYSTEMS, REFILLABLE CONTAINERS AND METHOD FOR REFILLING CONTAINERS

Exemplary sanitary soap refilling systems and methods are disclosed herein. An exemplary refill refilling system includes a housing, a pump located within the housing, and a bulk storage tank connector. The bulk storage tank connector having a liquid outlet and an air inlet. A liquid inlet conduit is in fluid communication with the pump the liquid outlet. A refill connector is included. The refill connector has a liquid inlet and an air outlet. The refill connector air outlet and the bulk storage tank connector air inlet are in fluid communication with one another. The refill liquid inlet is in fluid communication with the pump.

Valvular conduit

A valvular conduit, preferably a Tesla valvular conduit, in which a plug member is coaxially received within a bore in a sleeve member and in which passageways are defined between the plug member and the sleeve member within interior walls configured to permit mixing of fluid flowing through the passageways in at least one direction, preferably, the relatively free passage of fluid through the passageways upstream but increased the resistance to downstream flow of the fluid through each passageway.

Valvular conduit

A valvular conduit, preferably a Tesla valvular conduit, in which a plug member is coaxially received within a bore in a sleeve member and in which passageways are defined between the plug member and the sleeve member within interior walls configured to permit mixing of fluid flowing through the passageways in at least one direction, preferably, the relatively free passage of fluid through the passageways upstream but increased the resistance to downstream flow of the fluid through each passageway.
