ADHESIVE NOTE SET FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE THEREOF
An adhesive note set for foreign language learning, capable of learning various foreign language sentences while users are interested in learning, by printing types of a subject part and a predicate part of a foreign language to learn in a state of being divided by color in adhesive note inlays in advance, and, at the same time, manufacturing a subject, a predicate, an object, a complement, and a modifier as forms of post-its so as to correspond to the grammar type of the corresponding language, and then providing the forms of post-its as a separate packaging, and a manufacturing device thereof are disclosed.
Sheet-fed press
A sheet-fed press includes at least two units embodied as modules. The at least two modules respectively each comprise at least one individual drive, each individual drive being configured as a position-controlled electric motor. At least one of the at least two modules is configured as a non-impact coating module, and the at least coating module is arranged as at least another of at least two modules that is configured as a primer module or as a painting module.
SHEET-FED PRINTING PRESS
A sheet-fed printing press has a feeder, a deliverer and at least one sheet guiding cylinder which is arranged between the feeder and the deliverer. The sheet-fed printing press also is a gripper system and is assigned to a digital printing device. A first sheet guiding device receives sheets from the sheet guiding cylinder. The object of the sheet-fed printing press is to provide such a sheet-fed printing press which can be used in a relatively variable manner and by way of which, in particular, a relatively great spectrum of different products can be produced. This object is accomplished by virtue of the fact that the first sheet guiding device is configured for the selective transfer of the sheet to a second sheet guiding device, which transfers the sheets to the sheet guiding cylinder, or for the transfer to the deliverer. The second sheet guiding device is configured as a turner device and can switched over between an operating mode, in which it turns the sheets, and an operating mode, in which it feeds the sheets, in a non-turned state, to the sheet guiding cylinder.
ASSEMBLY FOR PROCESSING A SUBSTRATE WEB
An assembly of a first and a second printing or converting apparatus is each at least provided with a number of printing or converting modules disposed one after the other in a main direction, through which in use a substrate web can be guided. The first and the second printing or converting apparatuses are respectively provided with a first and a second rail assembly each extending in a main direction next to or above the associated printing or converting modules and over which at least one processing station is movable. The assembly further includes a transfer assembly which is provided with rail assemblies which are configured to move the at least one processing station from the first rail assembly to the second rail assembly and vice versa and to buffer processing stations.
Machine arrangement for sequential processing of sheet-type substrates
A machine arrangement, for sequentially processing sheet-type substrates, includes a plurality of different processing stations, one of which includes a non-impact printing device that prints the substrates. The processing station, including the non-impact printing device, also includes a printing cylinder, on the circumference of which, the non-impact printing device that prints the substrates is arranged. On the circumferential surface of the printing cylinder, four substrates are or can be placed behind each other in the circumferential direction. Each of the substrates that are to be conveyed are retained in one of a force-locking and a form-fitting manner on the circumferential surface of the printing cylinder by at least one retaining element.
Insulator film formation method by flexographic printing and flexographic printing plate
A method of forming an insulator film by flexographic printing is provided with which an insulator film is formed on a printing object by using ink as an insulator film material and a flexographic printing plate with halftone dots convexly formed on a convex portion thereof that defines a printing pattern. A halftone dot condition change region with a condition of the halftone dots varied such that an ink retention volume therein is smaller than that in other region on the convex portion is provided on a part of the convex portion corresponding to an edge of the printing pattern.
SHEET-FED PRINTING PRESS
A sheet-fed printing press has at least one coating assembly configured as a non-impact coating assembly. The sheet-fed printing press has at least one transport belt which extends, having at least one transport section of a circular path thereto, parallel to a transport direction along a partial region of a transport path provided for a sheet. At least one coating location of the at least one coating assembly is arranged along the transport section of the at least one transport belt. At least one printing head is arranged connected to at least one first frame of the at least one coating assembly. The at least one transport belt is arranged, connected to at least one second frame, via at least one deflection device and at least one radial bearing. The at least one first frame, apart from at least one installation surface which is different from the at least one first frame and the at least one second frame, is arranged in contact to the second frame at most via flexible connections.
MACHINE ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR SEQUENTIAL PROCESSING OF SHEET-TYPE SUBSTRATES
A machine arrangement, that sequentially processes sheet-type substrates, includes a plurality of different processing stations, one of which includes a non-impact printing device that prints the substrates. Further processing stations are a primer application device that primes the substrates and a dryer for drying the primer applied to the substrates. The primer application device and the dryer precede the non-impact printing device, in the direction of travel of the substrates. The processing station including the non-impact printing device, also includes a printing cylinder, on the circumference of which, the non-impact printing device that prints the substrates is arranged.
Number printing apparatus
In order to provide a numbering and imprinting machine capable of minimizing the amount of wasted paper produced, the numbering and imprinting machine is provided with: a first-number inspection camera (124B) that is arranged downstream of the position of contact between an impression cylinder (112) and a first-number cylinder (113) of a first-number printing unit (111) in the direction of rotation of the impression cylinder (112), and images a first number printed on paper (W) held on the impression cylinder (112); a second number inspection camera (124C) that is arranged downstream of the position of contact between an impression cylinder (117) and a second-number cylinder (118) of a second-number printing unit (116) in the direction of rotation of the impression cylinder (117), and images a second number printed on paper (W) held on the impression cylinder (117); and a printing-press control device (10) that controls first- and second-number-cylinder throw-on and throw-off devices (38, 39) based on signals from the first- and second-number inspection cameras (124B, 124C) to cause the first-number cylinder (113) and the second-number cylinder (118) to make separating movements.
