Heating device, dryer, liquid discharge apparatus, and printer
A heating device includes a conveyor configured to convey a sheet, the sheet having a first surface on which a liquid is applied and a second surface contacting the conveyor, a first heater facing the first surface opposite to the second surface of the sheet, the first heater configured to heat the sheet, and a second heater configured to heat the conveyor.
Recording device
A recording device includes a recording unit configured to perform recording on a medium, a transporting belt configured to transport the medium, a wiper configured to wipe an outer circumferential surface of the transporting belt by coming into contact with the outer circumferential surface, a holding portion configured to hold the wiper, a support portion configured to support the holding portion such that the wiper is movable toward the outer circumferential surface, an elastic member configured to bias the holding portion such that the wiper comes into contact with the outer circumferential surface while the holding portion is supported movably by the support portion, and a fixing portion configured to fix the holding portion to the support portion.
INK-JET RECORDING APPARATUS
When printing is performed on a recording medium of a second size larger than a first size, a control portion, after passage of the recording medium of the first size at a position opposite a recording head before arrival of the recording medium of the second size at the position opposite the recording head, makes the recording head perform preparatory flushing processing in which ink is ejected toward openings from first nozzles that have not been set as target nozzles during printing on the recording medium of the first size but will be newly set as the target nozzles during printing on the recording medium of the second size.
INK-JET RECORDING APPARATUS
A control portion sets, as a control period, a period after arrival, at a position opposite a recording head, of a first recording medium until passage, at the position opposite the recording head, of a last recording medium. The control portion sets nozzles that do not face the recording medium during the control period as first nozzles, and nozzles that face the recording medium during the control period as second nozzles, to make the total amount of ink ejected by each of the first nozzles in flashing processing during the control period smaller than the total amount of ink ejected by each of the second nozzles.
INK-JET RECORDING APPARATUS
A control portion makes a recording head perform flushing processing every time a flushing area that does not overlap a recording medium faces the recording head but makes the recording head perform no flushing processing when a flushing area that at least in a part of it overlaps a recording medium faces the recording head. The longer a non-flashing period between the previous and present sessions of flushing processing, the larger the control portion makes the amount of ink ejected by each of nozzles in the present session of flushing processing.
CONVEYING BELT
A conveying belt has a cylindrical base layer, and a surface layer that is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the base layer. The base layer contains polyimide or polyamide-imide, and has an elastic modulus from 3-7 GPa, inclusive. The surface layer is configured as a cured object from a resin composition that contains a fluororesin having a hydroxy group, an isocyanate curing agent, and a silicone copolymer. The silicone copolymer is a copolymer containing a silicone unit and another kind of unit not having a siloxane skeleton, has a hydroxy group, and contains siloxane units in a proportion of at least 95 mol% and less than 100 mol%, or from 40-70 mol%, inclusive. The silicone copolymer content in the resin composition is 1-5 parts by mass, inclusive, relative to a total 100 parts by mass of the fluororesin and the isocyanate curing agent.
Inkjet recording apparatus
The inkjet recording apparatus includes a conveyance belt, a conveyance plate, a suction unit, an inkjet head, and a cleaning unit. The conveyance belt has a plurality of through holes. The suction unit causes the conveyance belt to suck the sheet. The conveyance plate includes a plurality of through holes formed in bottom portions of the plurality of recessed portions. The inkjet head includes a head main body and a head end portion adjacent to the head main body, and faces an upper surface of the conveyance plate via the conveyance belt. The cleaning unit removes ink adhering to a lower surface of the head main body. A ratio of the recessed portions per unit area in a facing region of the conveyance plate facing the head end portion is smaller than a ratio of the recessed portions per unit area in a region other than the facing region.
RETAIL WEIGHING SCALE
A weighing scale has a housing accommodating a load cell, having fixed, deformation, movable portions. The fixed portion is connected to the housing, and the movable portion bears a spider having a platter. The deformation portion has a strain gauge measuring a weight acting on the platter. A strip light is attached to an external wall of the housing. A state machine of a controller depicts states of the weighing scale. The controller either: applies a voltage to the strip light in a pulsed manner when the state machine is in a first state, and applies a voltage to the strip light constantly in a second state; or applies a voltage to a third group of LED lamps of the strip light constantly in the first state, and applies a voltage to a second group of LED lamps of the strip light constantly in the second state.
RECORDING APPARATUS
A maintenance section configured to perform maintenance on a recording section includes a first guided section, which is guided by the guide unit, and a second guided section, which is positioned in a first movement direction, is a direction from the retreat position toward the maintenance position with respect to the first guided section, and is guided by the guide unit, when the maintenance section moves from the maintenance position in the first movement direction, the guide unit is configured to allow pivot accompanied by separation of the second guided section from the guide unit, which is pivot of the maintenance section with the first guided section as a pivot axis, and the first guided section is configured to separate from the guide unit, by moving in the first movement direction after the pivot of the maintenance section is allowed.
LIQUID EJECTION APPARATUS, CONTROL METHOD OF LIQUID EJECTION APPARATUS, AND A NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM STORING A PROGRAM
The liquid ejection apparatus includes a liquid ejection section that ejects liquid onto a medium, a transport belt that transports the medium, a cleaning member that cleans the transport belt by coming into contact with the transport belt, the cleaning member being capable of switching between a contact state in which the cleaning member comes into contact with the transport belt and a separation state in which the cleaning member is separated from the transport belt, and a control section that controls an ejection operation of the liquid, a rotation operation of the transport belt, and switching a state of the cleaning member, when a cleaning operation of cleaning the transport belt by the cleaning member is executed, the control section executes a preliminary ejection that ejects in advance liquid from the liquid ejection section to the transport belt based on preset cleaning control information.
