A fitting assembly for attaching an elongate member to a surface within a shower or bath area includes a clamp including a collar arranged to receive and abut the elongate member, the collar having an axially extending split, the clamp further including a finger extending outwardly from the collar adjacent one side of the split. A cover includes an aperture arranged to receive the elongate member, the cover arranged to retain the clamp within such that the collar is axially aligned with the aperture. A bracket is arranged to be fixed to the surface and to receive and retain the cover containing the clamp, the bracket comprising a receiving portion arranged to urge the finger so as to compress the collar portion at the split, thereby clamping the elongate member within the collar.

A holder for a roll of toilet paper or a roll of absorbent sheet material, the roll having a hollow cylindrical core, the holder comprising a patch formed of paper, cloth, or thin plastic sheet, having an adhesive surface, cordage for insertion through the core secured to the patch. The assembly of the patch and cordage is capable of suspending the roll by adhesion of the patch to a surface. The cordage forms two legs which can be secured to the patch. Alternatively, one end of one leg of the cordage is fixed at a distal point below the patch to the other leg, the end of which is secured to the patch. The adhesive can be covered by a release sheet.

A system is provided comprising a recessed, wall-mounted cabinet for sanitary and discreet storage of items and internal flanges along at least one of a top and a bottom interior cabinet edge. The system also comprises external flanges situated around an entire perimeter of the cabinet, a hinged door, and a magnetic latch. The cabinet is mountable in a wall. The cabinet stores cleaning tools and toilet cleaning agents. The cabinet comprises containers for hosting the tools and the agents. The internal flanges promote prevention of the containers from falling from the cabinet. The containers promote prevention of a toilet brush from contacting surfaces of the cabinet. The cabinet is installable with one of right-door and left-door opening capability. The cabinet is constructed from galvanized steel. The galvanized steel does not absorb bacterial and is powder coated.

Elastomeric holders in the form of toiletry holders, mirrors holders, shower caddies and make-up holders are provided. The holders comprise a body, having a substantially planar rear surface, configured to releasably adhere to a vertical surface without the use of adhesives, and a retainer, for retaining an item and formed at least in part by the body, such that a front surface of the body forms a peripheral edge around the retainer.

A kit for manufacturing a shower, comprising a shower pan, one or more pre-sized and shaped floor covering panels, one or more pre-sized and shaped wall covering panels, and, in some of the embodiments, one or more pre-sized and shaped curb covering panels. The invention is also directed to a method for manufacturing a shower by the steps of: (i) installing a shower pan, (ii) installing one or more pre-sized and shaped floor covering panels, (iii) installing one or more pre-sized and shaped wall covering panels, and, in some of the embodiments, (iv) installing one or more pre-sized and shaped curb covering panels. The invention is also directed to a manufactured shower, comprising: a shower pan, one or more pre-sized and shaped floor covering panels, one or more pre-sized and shaped wall covering panels, and, in some embodiments, one or more pre-sized and shaped curb covering panels.

A system and method for dispensing toilet paper. The system includes a back plate coupled to a cover. An arm base is coupled to an arm, and the arm is coupled to a post. The arm base can rotate relative to the cover. By applying a force the arm rest can unseat and freely rotate. If the user starts with an over-the-top roll configuration the user can rotate the arm to present a behind-the-roll configuration without any need for tools or disassembly.

An organic liquid and foaming soap composition and dispenser for use as a human hand, body wash and a pet wash, comprising: a) a foam-able organic liquid soap composition comprising the anti-microbial active ingredients of: organic shea butter; USDA approved natural spearmint oil; USDA approved natural lime oil; organic thyme oil; organic rosemary extract; and, b) a portable or fixed, manual or automatic foaming soap dispenser. The organic soap composition may further comprise a base soap comprising: saponified organic coconut oil; organic olive oil; organic sunflower oil; organic jojoba oil; organic aloe vera; and glycerin. And the organic soap composition has a shelf-life of about three years, and able to eradicate about 74.6% through 77.6% of the bacterial strain Staphylococcus aureus after at least one minute of direct contact with the composition. The dispenser is a fixed wall or sink mounted, or a portable bottle, including a mini-foaming leave-on sanitizer.

A liquid dispensing container and housing assembly for housing and concealing a container in an inverted position to dispense substantially all of a liquid, such as, hand soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand sanitizer, from the inverted container in a controlled manner. The dispensing container includes a first housing portion securely holding the inverted container, a second housing portion, a container socket for receiving and holding necks of inverted containers, and a pump assembly in fluid communication with the container socket, via a delivery conduit, and including a delivery spout. The container socket includes a socket seal for tightly engaging and sealing the exterior surface of necks of inverted containers. In one embodiment, the delivery conduit includes a 90-degree conduit, or a meandering conduit to provide a first housing portion having a smaller size to accommodate smaller sized containers.

An adjustable holder configured to support a fluid dispensing container. The adjustable holder may include a clamp portion and a locking assembly. The clamp portion may include a first part and a second part, with the second part being movable relative to the first part. The first and second parts may include first and second locking channels. The locking assembly may include a connection member that is located within the first and second locking channels and a locking member. The locking member may be alterable between a locked state and an unlocked state, such that the first part of the clamp is movable relative to the second part of the clamp portion when the locking member is in the unlocked state. The first part may be movable relative to the second part between an open state and a closed state.

Dispensers with anti-ligature safety features are disclosed herein. An anti-ligature dispenser may include a back mounting plate for mounting to a surface and a front housing cover with contoured and curved features that are substantially devoid of ligature anchoring points. Dispensing systems that allow for mechanically efficient actuation without providing gaps for ligature anchoring are also disclosed.
