EMBOSSING SEAL
An embossing seal has a base, a die assembly disposed in the base, a driven shaft assembly movably disposed in the base, and a pressing handle pivotally disposed on the base for driving the driven shaft assembly. The driven shaft assembly has a lower shaft, an upper shaft, a cushion spring, and a restoring spring. The lower shaft is movably disposed in a shaft tube of the base. The upper shaft is movably disposed in the lower shaft. The cushion spring and the restoring spring are coaxially disposed around the upper shaft. Two ends of the cushion spring respectively abut against the upper shaft and the lower shaft. Two ends of the restoring spring respectively abut against the upper shaft and the shaft tube. Structure of the base and structure of the driven shaft assembly are simplified. The embossing seal is restored accurately and quickly.
Wheel engraving equipment
The present application discloses wheel engraving equipment, which includes a lower lifting system, lower flange engraving systems, inner rim engraving systems, a wheel positioning and clamping system, an upper lifting and rotating system, a synchronous clamping and rotating system and the like.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes a printing section and an unleveling section. The printing section forms an image on a sheet-like medium based on image data indicating a color component corresponding to a coordinate indicating a position on the medium. The unleveling section has a protrusion capable of abutting against the medium, and forms at least either a convex portion or a concave portion on the medium by enabling the protrusion to abut against or move away from the medium on which the printing section forms an image, the convex or concave portion formed based on height data indicating a height of each coordinate indicating the position on the medium.
DRAFT BEER CASK PRINTING APPARATUS AND TECHNIQUE
An apparatus for printing a beer barrel includes a workbench, and a hydraulic pushing device, a barrel outer-sided printing device, and a barrel inner-sided printing device installed on the workbench. The barrel inner-sided printing device has a turntable rotating with respect to the Z-axis and mounted on the barrel, an inner mold installed onto a circumferential surface of the turntable for printing the inner side of the barrel. The barrel outer-sided printing device has a connecting frame moving linearly along the Y-axis direction. The connecting frame has an outer mold for printing an outer side of the barrel, and the hydraulic pushing device controls the outer mold to move linearly along the X-axis direction. The outer and inner molds print a sidewall of the barrel. This invention prevents unnecessary waste of manufacturing cost and time caused by the scrap of semi-finished products whose previous printing process becomes useless.
Lettering apparatus and lettering method for beer barrel
A lettering apparatus and a lettering method for a beer barrel are provided. The lettering apparatus includes a worktable, a hydraulic push device installed on the worktable, a first lettering device, and a second lettering device. The second lettering device includes a rotatory disk seat with the Z-axis as its axis. The rotatory disk seat is adapted to install a cask thereon. A circumferential surface of the rotatory disk seat is provided with an inner mold for lettering on an inner side of the cask. The first lettering device includes a connecting frame. The connecting frame is movable linearly along the Y-axis. The connecting frame is provided with an outer mold for lettering on an outer side of the cask. The hydraulic push device controls the outer mold of the connecting frame to move linearly along the X-axis for the outer mold and the inner mold to letter on a side wall of the cask.
Embossing stamp and die plate holder for the embossing stamp
The invention describes an embossing stamp comprising at least a base unit in which a retaining device is disposed on one side to retain a die plate holder and an operating device is disposed on a further side. The operating device is constructed such that it directly or indirectly acts on the retaining device, wherein a pivot of the operating device is disposed in the base unit. The base unit and/or the operating device are modular in construction, wherein the side walls are at least partially formed by panels which are positioned with respect to each other and fastened via half-shells and/or connecting means.
Embossing seal
An embossing seal has a base, a die assembly, a driven shaft assembly, a restoring member, and a pressing handle. The die assembly is mounted in the base. The driven shaft assembly is movably mounted in the base, abuts the die assembly, and has a lower shaft unit, an upper shaft unit, and a cushion member, so as to perform two embossing steps. The restoring member is mounted in the base and abuts the base and the upper shaft unit. The pressing handle is pivotally coupled to the base and abuts the upper shaft unit. With the upper shaft unit driving the lower shaft unit via the cushion member, discomfort to the wrist and elbow of a user can be reduced.
Stamping kit, components thereof, and methods of use
A stamping kit is disclosed. The stamping kit includes a jig, a card, and a plurality of stamps. The jig includes an upper surface, a lower surface, a front surface, a rear surface, a card slot, and a stamping slot. The card slot extends between he front surface and the rear surface, and defines a width and a height. The stamping slot extends between the upper surface and the card slot, and defines a width and a length. The card defines a width and a thickness, and is configured to slide within the card slot of the jig. Each stamp of the plurality of stamps has a proximal end configured to be engaged by a hammer, and a distal end having a character thereon. A distal portion of each stamp is configured and dimensioned to enter the stamping slot of the jig.
