Floor cleaning machine
A floor cleaning machine including a handle that pivots relative to a base about a pivot axis. A recovery tank is coupled to the handle in fluid communication with a suction motor assembly to receive and store fluid and dirt drawn through a suction nozzle. The floor cleaning machine further includes an expandable hose fluidly communicating the recovery tank and the suction nozzle. The hose is in an expanded configuration when the handle is pivoted about the pivot axis to a reclined position. The hose is in a retracted configuration when the handle is pivoted about the pivot axis to a substantially upright position. The hose at least partially wraps around the pivot axis with the pivot axis being between a portion of the hose wrapped around the pivot axis and the surface being cleaned in the expanded and the retracted configurations.
VACUUM CLEANER HOSE
Vacuum cleaner hose for connecting to a wet and dry vacuum cleaner, wherein the vacuum cleaner hose has an inner lumen extending in the longitudinal direction, wherein a flow guiding geometry is formed within the lumen or adjoining the lumen, by which a suction flow occurring during the operation of the wet and dry vacuum cleaner can be influenced.
DUST COLLECTOR
Disclosed is a dust collector that includes a filter frame, a cartridge filter, and an end cap and a cover that are connected to the cartridge filter. The filter frame is provided with a center column. The cover is operative to rotate around the center column along and against a rotating direction. The cover is limited to rotate between a first angular position and a second angular position relative to the end cap. The end cap is provided with a plurality of clamping members. When the cover is located at the first angular position, the plurality of clamping members clamp the center column; when the cover is located at the second angular position, the plurality of clamping members do not clamp the center column. Rotating from the second to the first angular position, the cover pushes the plurality of clamping members towards the center column to clamp the center column.
Packing and Mounting Mechanism for Electric Motor in Small and Medium-Sized Appliances
A motor packing and mounting mechanism for a motor in a no larger than medium-sized appliance, such as wet and dry vacuum cleaner, a water aspirator, a water pump, or a humidifier, includes a motor seat supporting a motor in a housing so that the motor is axially disposed between the housing and the motor seat. At least one isolating cover is located inside the housing. A motor chamber for receiving the motor is defined among the housing, the motor seat, and the isolating cover. An axial mating clearance is defined between the isolating cover and the motor seat. A first seal is located and axially-mated in the axial mating clearance, the first seal having an elastic supporting portion. A cross section of the elastic supporting portion has a door-shaped structure, with the elastic supporting portion defining an opening facing an axial direction of the motor.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A surface cleaning apparatus has a surface cleaning head and an upper portion moveably mounted to the surface cleaning head between a storage position and a floor cleaning position, the upper portion has upper portion laterally extending members. An above floor cleaning wand is removably receivable in air flow communication with the upper portion. The wand has wand laterally extending members, wherein, when the wand is received in air flow communication with the upper portion and the upper portion is in the storage position, the wand has a lower end and an upper end spaced from the lower end along a wand axis and the wand laterally extending members are positioned above the upper portion laterally extending members. A portable surface cleaning unit is removably mounted to the upper portion wherein, when the portable surface cleaning unit is mounted to the upper portion and the upper portion is in the storage position, the upper portion has lower mounting members which engage the upper portion laterally extending members and upper mounting members which engage the wand laterally extending members.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
An upright surface cleaning apparatus is has a portable surface cleaning unit removably mounted to an upper portion that is pivotally mounted to a surface cleaning head. The surface cleaning apparatus is operable in a floor cleaning mode in which the portable surface cleaning unit is mounted to the upper portion and the above floor cleaning wand is inserted in an open upper end of the upper portion. The surface cleaning apparatus is also operable in an above floor cleaning mode in which the portable surface cleaning unit is mounted to the upper portion and the above floor cleaning wand is removed from the open upper end of the upper portion. When the surface cleaning apparatus is in the floor cleaning mode, the first mounting members of the portable surface cleaning unit engage the wand mounting members.
Water-absorbing cyclone dust cup for secondary dust-air separation and vacuum cleaner thereof
A water-absorbing cyclone dust cup for secondary dust-air separation comprises a dust cup cover body and a dust cup main body. The dust cup main body comprises a cup body portion, a primary cyclone arranged in an opening of the dust cup main body, and a secondary cyclone comprising a secondary cyclone main body provided with a ventilation hole defined in a center. At least one air guiding portion is arranged on a bottom end surface of the secondary cyclone main body. The air guiding portions comprise spiral air guiding plates, spiral air guiding passages formed by the spiral air guiding plates around the ventilation hole, and air guiding passage baffles enclosing first ends of the spiral air guiding plates, the spiral air guiding passages are formed by spiral longitudinal extension along the center line direction of the ventilation hole.
SEPARATOR CONFIGURATION FOR A FLOOR CLEANER
A cleaning machine has a housing, a supply tank, a suction nozzle, a suction source, and a recovery tank that includes a container having sidewalls projecting upwardly from a bottom wall thereby defining an open top, a cover connected to the open top of the container, and an air-liquid separator extending into the recovery tank from the open top and having a vertical sidewall, a lower wall extending laterally from a lower end of the vertical sidewall toward an adjacent sidewall of the sidewalls of the container. The vertical sidewall, the lower wall, and the adjacent sidewall define a separation chamber, the vertical sidewall includes a vertical rib extending outwardly from the vertical sidewall and into the separation chamber. The separation chamber includes a dirty fluid inlet receiving fluid from the suction nozzle through the cover, and a dirty fluid outlet directing fluid from the separation chamber into the container.
