Method for manufacturing gravure plate

A method for manufacturing a gravure plate includes, setting a certain measurement area on a surface of the gravure plate, finding at least one of a spatial volume that is the total of the volume of a space formed by a plurality of cells located in the measurement area and an average depth obtained by dividing the spatial volume by a surface area of the measurement area, and adjusting, based on a relationship between at least one of the spatial volume and the average depth and an application thickness of a printing material after printing, at least one of the spatial volume and the average depth so as to fall within at least one of a specified value range for the spatial volume and a specified value range for the average depth determined in accordance with a target value range for the application thickness.

Printed wiring

In printed wiring that is formed, on a surface of a base member. by a film of cured electrically conductive ink and that includes: a wavy line; a first wiring element located at one side of both sides sandwiching the wavy line in a width direction; and a second wiring element located at the other side of the both sides and adjacently to the wavy line; a surplus wavy line is provided which is another wavy line, which extends along the wavy line adjacently to the wavy line between the wavy line and the first wiring element, and which is connected to the wavy line to have the same potential.

NON-WOVEN FABRIC WEB HAVING PRINTED PATTERN
20210370700 · 2021-12-02 · ·

A non-woven fabric web having a printed pattern. The web has an air permeability of 0-3500 L/m.sup.2/s, and comprises an upper surface fiber layer, at least one middle ink-receiving layer, and a lower surface fiber layer sequentially connected. Fibers in the upper surface fiber layer and lower surface fiber layer have a fiber fineness larger than 1.0D. Fibers in the middle ink-receiving layer have a fiber fineness smaller than 0.3D. The middle ink-receiving layer is printed with a single-color or multi-color ink printed pattern. The fibers respectively in the upper surface fiber layer, the at least one middle ink-receiving layer, and the lower surface fiber layer are laid, sprayed, and formed into shape via heat pressing points by means of a single thermal bonding process. The area of recessed regions formed by the heat pressing points is 5-70% of the total area. The non-woven fabric web of the present invention can effectively prevent an ink transfer during use from causing potential problems, such as skin allergies.
