The invention comprises an assortment of group stamp plates. The group stamp plates contain numerous stamps to overlay ink in subsequent layering to produce thematically related images, such as rose and its foliage. The group stamp plate also contain numerous alignment markers to assist the artisan to properly position subsequent group stamp plates to precisely layer additional layers of ink.

A frameless painting structure includes a foam board, a painting layer and a plurality of double-sided adhesives. The foam board includes a first surface and a second surface opposite with each other and a circumferencing surface formed between the first surface and the second surface. The painting layer is covered onto the first surface and the circumferential surface. The double-sided adhesives are attached on the second surface. Accordingly, with the foam board being a solid board and the characteristics of the material thereof, the foam board has the merits of stable structure, light weight and resistance to moisture. Consequently, the frameless painting structure is able to achieve the technical effects of improved structural strength, reduced weight and resistance to humidity and moisture.

A method for producing scratch-off lottery tickets in a high speed printing line is provided, wherein the printing line includes one or more inkjet printing machines that print lottery tickets on a continuously running paper stock. One or more primer layers are applied to a surface of the paper stock in a defined game play area on each lottery ticket. With the inkjet printing machines game play indicia is printed over the primer layers in the game play area on each lottery ticket at a resolution of at least 600 dpi. The running paper stock is conveyed through the inkjet printing machines at a rate of at least 950 ft./min. The ink jet printing machines use a specially formulated dye-based ink.

An instant lottery ticket game system includes a set of scratch-off lottery ticket blanks, each lottery ticket blank having a front face and a back face and a game play area on the front face with play indicia that presents a pre-determined game outcome, the play indicia covered by a scratch-off coating (SOC). A coating layer is applied over at least the game play area such that an entirety of the front face presents an empty composition area void of lottery ticket indicia. The set of lottery ticket blanks are housed within an automated dispenser. An interface is configured with the dispenser and is in communication with a printer associated with the dispenser and accepts input of composition indicia from a patron for printing on portions of or the entirety of the front face to generate a finished scratch-off lottery ticket prior to dispensing the finished lottery ticket.

A scratch off lottery ticket and method of manufacturing the scratch off lottery ticket in which the lottery ticket contains multiple game play areas where a player can scratch off a layer of scratch off material to reveal the hidden results, and depending on those results, can be awarded prizes for each particular game play area or can be awarded prizes for the combination of the results from two or more of the multiple game play areas.

A game card incorporates a marking system having one or more layers of varnish or rubber-based material that is removable when applied to a substrate and one or more overlying screens having a pattern of opaque ink elements printed on the removable layer or layers such that the ink elements are blended into smooth tones when viewed by the human eye. A method and apparatus for thermal printing of a carrier (1) preprinted by the removable multilayered aqueous flexo covering paint scheme of layers and provided by a heat sensitive layer (2) to be colored by applying heat is also disclosed.

A system, device and method provide for the printing of an instant, scratch-off lottery ticket product on demand at a retail location. In various embodiments, a pre-activation printing process applies an active thermal layer and other coatings on a ticket substrate, but excludes any game indicia or security codes. An activator printer thermally applies game indicia and/or security code(s) at a retail location according to ticket selections made by a user and further according to data generated via a central host, wherein the activator printer applies the indicia and code(s) at least partially under one or more security coatings on the ticket substrate, where the coatings had been applied during the pre-activation process.

A removable scratch-off document with a display portion, printing method and system ensuring the integrity and security of the document with variable win and lose variable information protected by a scratch-off coating by overprinting at least one of at least a part of the scratch-off coating and at least a part of the display portion using stochastic imaging. The resulting printed document is more attractive and consistent over varying surfaces, as well as more secure against illicit attempt to remove the scratch-off coating by lift and float techniques.
