GARMENT ORGANIZATION AND IDENTIFICATION APPARATUS AND METHOD
An apparatus and methods for wardrobe management which permit the user to reusable organize a hanging wardrobe in a convenient and effective manner. The apparatus and methods, incorporate a planar card having a first surface opposing a second and a reusable writing material disposed over at least a portion of at least one of the first or second surfaces of the planar card. An aperture is disposed within the planar card and configured to receive a clothing hanger loop of a clothing hanger. At least a portion of the planar card is visible when the clothing hanger loop is fully inserted into the aperture and the clothing hanger is placed on a hanging rack.
Writing instrument
A writing instrument has a detachable clip member with a pliable clip rod. A first clip end member is connected to one end of the pliable clip and has a magnet adapted to be magnetically coupled to a barrel of the writing instrument. A second clip end member is connected to the second rod end and is adapted to be removably and operably connected to the one end of the writing instrument. The second clip end member is also adapted to be magnetically coupled to the first clip end member. The detachable clip member can be moved between at least three positions selected from the group consisting of a resting position, a clasping position, a free-end fidgeting position, a closed-end fidgeting position, and a detached fidgeting position.
ARTICULATED PEN
Articulated pens are provided. A pen includes: a shank; an ink tube comprising a first section, a second section, a third section, and a fourth section; a writing tip connected to the fourth section; a first guide rail connected to the shank and that bends the ink tube at a first angle between the first section and the second section; and a second guide rail pivotally connected to the first guide rail and that bends the ink tube at a second angle between the third section and the fourth section. Pivoting the second guide rail relative to the first guide rail adjusts a third angle between the second section and the third section.

Method and apparatus for extending and retracting the writing element of a self-retaining writing instrument
The method and apparatus described herein allows for the automatic retraction and extension of the writing element of a bistable self-retaining writing instrument. The method and apparatus consists of a writing element that is joined to the end of a flexible tube or material. These are inserted through a longitudinal channel formed along the outer surface of the writing instrument and are anchored only at the end opposite the writing element. When the bistable self-retaining writing instrument transitions from a coiled to straight configuration the writing element is automatically exposed. Conversely, when pushed into its coiled configuration the writing element slides back into the channel and is thereby protected. The flexible tube or material may also act as a reservoir for a writing substrate such as ink.

Writing tool for mounting on a finger and writing tool finger holder
The part for mounting on the finger is provided so as to be integral with a linking member; by means of building-in, folding, inserting and removing, and winding, the holder is made deformable to a carried condition when not in use; a necessary shortest dimension of the writing tool in the written condition is divided into at least two sections, i.e., an axis body 1 and a cap 2; and then, the axis body 1 and the cap 2 are overlapped with each other by means of folding or storing to thereby shorten the writing tool in a retained condition, and the writing tool in the written condition is reversibly movable in a predetermined range to thereby make an angle of the writing tool adjustable.
