The present invention provides a reciprocal vibration type electric engraving pen driven by a main transmission shaft to operate. The engraving pen contains a rear shell assembled with a front shell. The rear shell positions the main transmission shaft. A top front of the driving shaft is assembled with an off-centered driving bead, and the front shell is assembled with a driven shaft. The engraving pen is characterized in that a rear end of the driven shaft is assembled radially with a driven pillar, and the driving shaft is formed integrally with a connection barrel.

10 Accordingly, when the main transmission shaft drives the driving shaft to rotate, the driving bead revolves on a circular track simultaneously. When the driving bead revolves by one turn, the driven pillar is hit twice and vibrates double times. Furthermore, the driven shaft can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise, and the lifetime is extended.

Device for holding an object during engraving that allows one or more degrees of freedom

An engraving tool for allowing a craftsperson to engrave an object, such a ring or other jewelry, while allowing a discrete number of degrees of freedom but restricting all others. In an embodiment, an engraving tool includes a base portion coupled to a manipulator housing portion that is rotatably attached to the base portion such that the manipulator housing portion may be rotated in a first degree of freedom (e.g., rotated in a horizontal plane with respect to a vertical axis of the base portion). The engraving tool further includes a manipulator secured to the manipulator housing portion in a U-shaped socket such that the manipulator is configured to be rotated in a second degree of freedom (e.g., rotated in one particular vertical plane with respect to the horizontal plane). A ring holder is attached to manipulator and configured to secure a ring for engraving.

Actuator of engraving machine

The proposed actuator of engraving machine relates to decorative machining of hard materials, and can be used in arrangement of facades and monuments. A permanent magnet and a core with a pivot are concentrically fixed in an upper part of a housing. An electric coil is placed on a cylindrical frame of nonmagnetic material and can move in the axial direction in a ring gap between the core and the permanent magnet together with a pusher fixed in two circular elastic membranes, spaced in the axial direction and fixed in the housing along an external contour. A shank is fixed on the pusher under the membranes, having a central part extending through a bottom cover of the housing. It has a hollow axial opening, wherein a removable impact tool is mounted. The design is simple and reliable. Durability, accuracy and speed of engraving of the actuator are improved.
