Aspects herein are directed to an apparatus and method for creating pixelated artwork composed of coloring element pixels. In some embodiments, a system converts the millions of pixels and colors of a digital image to a simplified color template with numbers assigned to particular colors. In one embodiment, a plastic grid is configured to cover the color template and receives crayons whose arrangement is determined by the numbers/colors of the color template.

Appliances for intraoral delivery of agents are provided. In some embodiments, an appliance includes a shell having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface defining a plurality of tooth-receiving cavities configured to apply a repositioning force to a patient's teeth, and the outer surface oriented away from the patient's teeth. The appliance can also include a reservoir integrally formed in the outer surface of the shell, the reservoir being configured to store at least one agent. The appliance can further include a membrane covering at least a portion of the reservoir to control release of the agent into an intraoral cavity of the patient. The membrane can include a plurality of pores that are configured to open based at least in part on a temperature of the patient's intraoral cavity to allow the at least one agent to pass therethrough.

Appliances for intraoral delivery of agents are provided. There is described a shower enclosure and kit of walls therefor. The kit of decorative wall panels comprise a first wall panel including a front face, the front face of the first wall panel defining a first decorative pattern and including a relief element, a second wall panel including a front face, the front face of the second wall panel defining a second decorative pattern, and a connecting assembly for connecting the first wall panel adjacent to the second wall panel. The first decorative pattern of the first wall panel and the second decorative pattern of the second wall panel are configured to counteract a visual distortion caused by the relief element of the first wall panel when the first wall panel is adjacent to the second wall panel.

A method of supplying mosaic tile to an automated mosaic tile setter includes automatically loading a variety of mosaic tiles selected from mosaic tiles of at least two different colors, textures, patterns, or other visual or tactile characteristics into a plurality of hoppers. The automatic loading includes controlling a first pick-and-place robot to pick each of the mosaic tiles from a source of the mosaic tiles and place each respective mosaic tile into a respective one of the plurality of hoppers based on one of a last-in, first-out basis, or a last-in, last-out basis, and a desired pattern of a mosaic tile arrangement for installation at a work site. Each respective one of the loaded mosaic tiles is picked from a hopper using a second pick-and-place robot and placed onto one of a plurality of sheets of underlayment material.

A method to make a decoration, the decoration made from a plurality of colored objects arranged in a regular pattern on a colored substrate, individual colored objects discernable at arm's length, with the decoration recognizable at greater distance as corresponding to a digital image. The colored objects may be pushpins, and no colored objects are placed at positions where the substrate color is the desired color. Embodiments also include an apparatus to select a single pushpin from a container of pushpins, and an apparatus to orient a pushpin in preparation for insertion into the substrate.

A pixel canvas art apparatus may contain a receiving layer that includes multiple segmented components, each of which may be enclosed by a fluid-resistant boundary. One or more water-based markings may be absorbed by the receiving layer at multiple segmented components and may be prevented from transferring throughout the receiving layer by the fluid-resistance boundaries. The one or more water-based markings may be absorbed at multiple segmented components in a manner that creates a pixel canvas artwork. Both a system for producing a pixel canvas artwork and a method for creating a pixel canvas artwork may include components similar to the pixel canvas art apparatus that may be used to create a pixel canvas artwork.

The present invention is directed towards an apparatus, a system and a method for creating a pixel canvas artwork. A pixel canvas art apparatus may contain a receiving layer that includes multiple segmented components, each of which may be enclosed by a fluid-resistant boundary. One or more water-based markings may be absorbed by the receiving layer at multiple segmented components and may be prevented from transferring throughout the receiving layer by the fluid-resistance boundaries. The one or more water-based markings may be absorbed at multiple segmented components in a manner that creates a pixel canvas artwork. Both a system for producing a pixel canvas artwork and a method for creating a pixel canvas artwork may include components similar to the pixel canvas art apparatus that may be used to create a pixel canvas artwork.

A componentized assemblable wall hanging and method of enabling printing thereupon is presented to enable production of large designs and images upon an anterior surface of a componentized wall hanging whereby disassembly of the wall hanging after printing is completed enables compact packaging for shipment and reassembly upon delivery is thence expediently afforded with minimal tools required for installation.
