3D DIGITAL PAINTING
A method of digital continuous and simultaneous three-dimensional painting and three-dimensional drawing with steps of providing a digital electronic display capable of presenting two pictures for a right eye and a left eye; providing means for creating a continuous 3D virtual canvas by digitally changing a value and sign of horizontal disparity between two images for the right eye and the left eye and their scaling on the digital electronic display corresponding to instant virtual distance between the user and an instant image within the virtual 3D canvas; providing at least one multi-axis input control device allowing digital painting or drawing on the digital electronic display; painting within virtual 3D canvas by providing simultaneous appearance of a similar stroke on the images for the right eye and the left eye on the digital electronic display.
ART KITS
An art kit to create artwork limited only by the creator's imagination irrespective of the creator's artistic skills, knowledge, and artistic experience comprising at least one substrate, at least one masking appliqu, at least one set of art media and at least one picture frame configured to fit around said at least one substrate. The substrate can chosen from the group of substrates consisting of paper, cardboard, textile, canvas. The masking appliqu comprises a thin flexible plastic sheet held on a backing sheet by a low tack adhesive and at least one shape capable of providing a pictorial theme to the artwork, so distinctive that the art kit can function as a souvenir.
FISH IMPRINT KIT
A method for making an imprint of a surface of a fish, including supplying a fish and a fish imprint kit, where the fish imprint kit includes a developer-coated paper having a developer agent, a nonpigmented activation solution having an activation agent, an applicator, and a set of instructions for applying the activation solution to the surface of the fish with the applicator and making an imprint of the surface of the fish on the developer-coated paper, where the developer agent and activation agent are capable of reacting to produce color when combined. The method further includes applying the nonpigmented activation solution having the activation agent to a surface of the fish; and contacting the developer-coated paper having the developer agent with the surface of the fish such that the activation agent in the nonpigmented activation solution on the surface of the fish reacts with the developer agent of the developer-coated paper to produce color and form the imprint of the surface of the fish on the developer-coated paper. Applying the nonpigmented activation solution to the surface of the fish includes wiping the nonpigmented activation solution onto the surface of the fish with an absorbent material.
Quick stencil kit
A kit for creating stencils is provided, including a polymeric shell, multiple linear polymeric frames, multiple thermoplastic rubber polymeric alphanumeric stencil elements, a rolling ball marker, and a roll of markable web. The polymeric shell has a tray and a hingedly joined sealing top. The tray is generally rectangular with a peripheral sidewall and has a storage compartment each for the web roll, the stencil elements, the frames, and the marker. The sidewall adjacent the web roll compartment has an opening therethrough. The frames have an elongate central planar portion and a pair of parallel upraised crenellated sidewalls with stencil retention elements defined in the crenels. The frames also have mateable elements defined at each end to join the frames together. The stencil elements fit between the frame sidewalls and have elongate projections with stencil retention elements adapted to mate with the stencil retention elements defined in the frame crenels.
3D digital painting
A method of digital continuous and simultaneous three-dimensional painting and three-dimensional drawing with steps of providing a digital electronic canvas having at least one display and capable of presenting two pictures for a right eye and a left eye; providing means for creating a continuous 3D virtual canvas by digitally changing a value and sign of horizontal disparity between two images for the right eye and the left eye and their scaling on the digital electronic canvas corresponding to instant virtual distance between the painter and an instant image within the virtual 3D canvas; providing at least one multi-axis input control device allowing digital painting or drawing on the digital electronic canvas; painting within virtual 3D canvas by providing simultaneous appearance of a similar stroke on the images for the right eye and the left eye on the digital electronic canvas.
Mess free coloring system
A mess-free coloring system comprising a coloring medium and optionally one or more coloring utensils is disclosed. The coloring medium can include a substrate with or without decorative effects and one or more coating layers on a surface of the substrate. In various examples, the one or more coating layers include a color-triggering developer, e.g., in the form of a substantially clear resin, and an opaque pigment. Decorative effects integrated with or disposed on the substrate, while initially obscured by the one or more coating layers, can be revealed when the coating layers are mixed with at least one color precursor stored and dispensed from a coloring utensil. The opaque pigment is selected and configured such that, upon receipt of at least one color precursor by the one or more coating layers, a change in the pigment's reflective index occurs as the pigment dissolves into the clear resin developer.
Repeat pattern surface marking system and kit
A surface marking system, kit, and method enables a user to mark a pattern upon a surface. The components may include a rectangular marking material transfer body, a particularly marked alignment tape, and a series of spacer elements. The marking material transfer body includes a fixed dimension and at least one marking material transfer portion. The outer perimeter includes opposed mark-alignment edges. The alignment tape has a fixed width, a select length, and a marked anterior surface. The marked anterior surface includes a series of width-wise marks and a length-wise mark. The length-wise mark is centered relative to the fixed tape width. A select body dimension is firstly and successively positioned at a select number of sequentially spaced width-wise marks and mark-alignment edges are firstly and successively alignable with parallel length-wise marks. The spacer elements ensure parallel arrangement of the length-wise marks and provide overlap sections adjacent the mark-alignment edges.
KITS, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR RECREATING A DIGITAL IMAGE AS PHYSICAL ART
A method of manufacturing a set of paintable pieces with display faces. The pieces are configured to be assembled together such that the display faces can be arranged side-by-side to form an artwork canvas. The method includes: (a) positioning a canvas piece against an inside surface of one portion of a mold; (b) securing a second portion of the mold to the first portion to form a mold cavity containing the canvas piece; (c) feeding a molten polymer into the mold cavity such that the polymer fills the mold cavity and solidifies to form a paintable piece with the canvas piece forming the display face; (d) separating the portions of the mold and removing the paintable piece from the mold cavity; and (e) repeating steps (a) through (d) a plurality of times to manufacture a set of paintable pieces. Paintable pieces and kits containing paintable pieces are also disclosed.
Strategic Alignment Marker Grouped Stamps
The invention comprises an assortment of group stamp plates. The group stamp plates contain numerous stamps to overlay ink in subsequent layering to produce thematically related images, such as rose and its foliage. The group stamp plate also contain numerous alignment markers to assist the artisan to properly position subsequent group stamp plates to precisely layer additional layers of ink.
HIGH DEFINITION STENCIL
A stencil for use in stenciling complex symbols incorporates a stencil substrate employing a flexible material, having a plurality of symbols arranged thereon. A plurality of folding stiffeners are incorporated in the substrate, each stiffener being positioned to split symbols having stencil cutouts forming isolated elements within an interior of the symbol. The stiffeners are foldable about a vertex, to collapse into a raised position and bring together the split symbol, with the stiffeners supporting the isolated elements created by the cutouts and portions of the stencil cutouts forming the symbols that extend into coincident channels in the folding stiffeners, to bridge adjoining portions of said split characters.
