CONTROL DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD OF VARIABLE WHEEL
A control device of a variable wheel may include: a receiving unit configured to receive internal driving information of a vehicle; and a controller operatively connected to the receiving unit and configured to control a flap of the variable wheel provided on each wheel of the vehicle to rotate in a first direction or a second direction, based on the internal driving information, wherein the controller may individually control a rotation direction or a rotation angle of the flap of the variable wheel.

The wheel mounting member includes a body portion that is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of an annular rim, the annular rim forming the wheel and supporting a tire on an outer peripheral surface of the annular rim, fins that are extended along an axial direction of the body portion on an inner peripheral surface of the body portion, and a weir portion that is extended on the inner peripheral surface of the body portion along a circumferential direction of the body portion to block air flowing along the axial direction in a state in which the wheel mounting member is mounted on the wheel and rotates together with the wheel.

A method for producing an automobile rim made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy for a wheel of an automobile, the automobile rim having a rim well delimited on opposite sides by an outer flange and an inner flange, a hub with a center recess and a bolt hole circle as well as a rim center connecting the rim well and the hub with one another. The automobile rim is produced in one piece and continuously in a casting mold by die casting of a casting material. The automobile rim is formed during the die casting with at least one air conveying element for conveying air in the axial direction with respect to a longitudinal center axis of the automobile rim relative to an imaginary plane perpendicular to the longitudinal center axis and/or at least one surface enlargement element extending in the circumferential direction along a circular line.

A method for producing an automobile rim made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy for a wheel of an automobile, the automobile rim having a rim well delimited on opposite sides by an outer flange and an inner flange, a hub with a center recess and a bolt hole circle as well as a rim center connecting the rim well and the hub with one another. The automobile rim is produced in one piece and continuously in a casting mold by die casting of a casting material. The automobile rim is formed during the die casting with at least one air conveying element for conveying air in the axial direction with respect to a longitudinal center axis of the automobile rim relative to an imaginary plane perpendicular to the longitudinal center axis and/or at least one surface enlargement element extending in the circumferential direction along a circular line.
Heat shield chin ring
A chin ring heat shield for a wheel assembly is provided. The chin ring heat shield is arranged to provide a shield between convection and radiation heat from braking components and a tire of the wheel assembly. The chin ring includes a first, radially extending, flat portion extending from a first chin ring end and a second, concave portion extending generally axially away from the first portion to a second chin ring end. The axial length from the first chin ring end to the second chin ring end is sufficient to block a line of sight between the braking components and the tire when the chin ring is mounted between the braking components and the tire.
Heat shield chin ring
A chin ring heat shield for a wheel assembly is provided. The chin ring heat shield is arranged to provide a shield between convection and radiation heat from braking components and a tire of the wheel assembly. The chin ring includes a first, radially extending, flat portion extending from a first chin ring end and a second, concave portion extending generally axially away from the first portion to a second chin ring end. The axial length from the first chin ring end to the second chin ring end is sufficient to block a line of sight between the braking components and the tire when the chin ring is mounted between the braking components and the tire.
